The room was clean and well-furnished. The breakfast included a variety of foods. The service was also polite. There were tram stops near the hotel. My room was on the side of the street so it was quite noisy. I recommend earplugs. There aren't many services near the hotel, but you can get to the city centre quickly by tram. |

not a-lot unclean room hair,s in the bath pedistal soiled generally a quick run around with the hoover. came back from a day out to find key-card would,nt work ,door left un-locked not a very good impression on what we are used to very poor as-above could write a book on it |

Proximity to park was good (and a very good bakery down the road). The triple room was well set up for privacy and the beds comfortable. Easy to get into city centre on No 2 tram, and overnight parking available a short distance away for 6 euros, with a tram service back to town or near the hotel. Stains on the carpet were very downmarket, and initially the room smelled of mothballs (dissipated after leaving the windows open). Breakfast very expensive. |

Nice enough hotel. strange glass bathrooms which are not private at all. The bathrooms as they were exposed pretty much to the room. |

The hotel is very good and professional. They even offered me an upgrade since the room I've booked wasn't available, free off charge of course. The localization is also good, close to the park and museums. The breakfast could have been included or less expensive. |

The location is good.Tram station is just around the corner. The rooms were not ready for check-in as stated. The bins in the room were damaged and needed replacement. |

The location is good, easy to get into town walking or by tram and close to a park. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was fine. The bar was open for restricted periods only. |

Very nice, clean, excellent room with air con and nice bathroom. Very polite and extremely helpful staff. Next to Vondelpark, but far from anywhere else (walking-wise). Tram needed. |

The ease of use of the hotel, easily accessible rooms, and friendly staff. It is in a quiet area, but with good access to the museums park and centre of town. There was some confusion over breakfast charges for our friends staying at the hotel, but this was sorted out by staff with relative ease. |

Beautiful location near Vondelpark, very quiet area, not far from the city centre. Wifi free. Very small room; even if we asked in advance for a non smoking room, the room was badly smelling of smoke. |

We stayed in room 354 and we'd have to say the toilet-bathroom facility was lacking,no privacy,you could hear the others bowel movements very loudly ,not very romantic to say the least.No face/wash cloths.Would recommend putting a coffee machine in the room. |

The hotel was easy to get to and from, in a nice area, and quiet. The room we had was too cluttered and small. I particularly did not like having the bathroom as part of the bedroom. I prefer toilet activities to be in a separate room. We nearly left the hotel after the first night because of this. |

Location close to tram stop. Close to the Vondelpark in a quiet residential area. Really liked the coffee machine and bathroom. Not an easy walk from the main areas of Amsterdam had to rely on public transport. |

The room is very good! The staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Though the check in time was supposed to be after 2:00 PM, it took quite a while for us to get the room. |
