On arrival we got comped to a delux room, the room was amazing -well worth the £280 for 3 nights. Hotel was also close to tram system. The room was near some stairs which made a right din in our room - especially at night - but got used to it. Couldnt find a way back to the hotel after 12am, had to get a Taxi as couldnt find night bus that would take us to hotel. |

The location of the hotel and the croissants at breakfast. The staff really didn't care about the guests at all. The internet system in the hotel went down and was not repaired during our stay (5 nights). The room was not cleaned on one of the days. The room was noisy. This is the most expensive hotel that I have ever stayed in (200 euros per night) and it was worth about 40 euros per night, in my opinion, based on the quality of the place. |

the room was so clean, large with a modern design, and the area was a quiet residential neighbourhood. the location was not a walking distance to the city centre and the other facilities, however it was a walking distance to bus and tram stops, and with the availability of bicycles, the location is not a problem anymore I did not feel comfortable with the design of the toilet, since it was separated from the room with only a half shaded glass partition, however this should not be a problem for couples or solo travellers |

A Wonderful room!! Room a little bit cold.The air climatizer doesn't warm up the room, only throw cold air, but you can turn on the wall heater. |

Rooms are very comfortable, with beautiful views over Vondelpark. The hotel is located in a quiet and residential area, 10 minutes walking distance from major Museums (including Van Gogh museum) and with good public transport facilities to the city center. |

I was stuck in a small, dark lift for about 40 minutes, around 4 am on Sept. 7th. I was on my way to catch a flight, but the elevator door was stuck. This was a difficult experience. I was certain that I would miss my flight. The hotel staff eventually got me out, but they were not apologetic, take responsibility, or make any type of restitution. This is the worst hotel on the planet. |

The hotel is in a very pretty area, the tram stop is just around the corner. Breakfast was very good, although a bit expensive. The carpet in both rooms we had (we were in 4) was badly stained, and the rooms could do with a little modernising. |

There was free wireless internet available in the room even up to the sixth floor. The room had an awful smell, and there was no official bathroom. Just a chair with a table and mirror. The smell wouldn't air out after 2 days, and clothes kept the smell once home! |
