Hotel was flexible enough to provide me breakfast at 6am every morning which was great! Only wireless internet and that too in the waiting area at reception! |

The hotel is nice, well located and the room small but comfortable. No internet and you need to give a 20 EU deposit if you want a telephone line. The personnel is not very efficient, on arrival they denied I had booked, then they charged the bill on my credit card and when the shift changed the new guy asked me to pay in cash and said they did not take credit cards. |

Almost nothing. We ordered triple, but when we arrived we got double with extra bed for the same price. It was not possible even to open/close the door in the room. Next day we were mooved but there was no discount and it took time. The hotel position is not close to the center as it is described in the web. Personnal is very difficult to communicate. |

very easy to get to the city centre by tram. Room had minifridge installed, tv. needs upgrading unfortuneatly. guests should be more trusted not asked to pay on arrival without even seeing room or how the service would be. |

The staff were friendly & helpful, things like my remote control not working were dealt with efficiently. The breakfast was excellent value for money. |

not much, the room was a single made into a double, the shower flooded, the decor was old, couldn't get a drink at the bar, staff member thought we were invisible!...no kettle in the room, un-heated smoking area, crap all round except breakfast, that was nice. |

I enjoyed the stay, the room was really small but it was enough for one night. I also liked the breakfast and the location is also ok. I was not satisfied with the bad, it was very uncomfortable and should be changed for better one, it was very old, I guess. |

Location was okay The nearby parking at 15E per night did not exist. We had to pay 38 per day or park away. The hotel blame Booking.com and say it's nothing to do with them. |

Location and price The church clock, in the neighbourhood, ringing every hour. To get the luggage out of the storage was not so easy. Chinese food smell early morning. |

Booked a double room but was given a very small twin room but told that was what we'd booked (wrong!), the church opposite rang bells every hour even during the night, no contents in mini-bar or kettel/hot drink facilities in room, staff very misreable and abrubt, ordered a taxi through reception (eve before departure) which never turned up causing a panic to get to airport in time for flight home |
