The owner of the house Ken: it has been a great experience to meet him. He tries to make you feel confortable and happy for the whole time.It is a B&B, nota a hotel or and apartment. |

Excellent location, cosy bed&breakfast style accommondation. Very good alternative for basic hotel. Bathroom was in the another end of floor, but still ok and usable. |

The owner, Ken, made us feel very welcome and kept the place clean and tidy every day. Our family room was very large with a double bed, a single bed and two very comfortable sofas;an additional bonus was that you could slide double doors across to separate into two individual bedrooms. The weather outside was cold but the heating was on 24 hours with adjustable radiators. Not really, just there a step up and over into the bathroom which may present a problem for anyone with a disability. |

The guest house was exactly as the pictures / reviews, good location great views and very good service The only minor downside was the shared bathroom however this was not an issue |

The guest house was very comfortable. View from the room was wonderful, we really love it. if we go to amsterdam again we will absuletly stay in there again. our time was like fairy tail. Ken was so nice and his hospitality was very good. we felt our self in home.. |

We booked expecting a room in a guest house and were stunned to find a beautifully decorated and comfortabe room overlookingt the Amstel river. In addition we also had exclusive use of the whole floor leading tou own coffee ad tea making machine and shower and changing room. Really freindly welcome by Ken. Very centrally placed close to the flower market and shopping centre. |

I booked this as a treat for my Partner's 30th Birthday. We had the top floor Double Suite which was lovely - romantic, lovely decor and a stunning canal view. Ken was brilliant - he even bought my Partner a bottle of wine to celebrate his birthday! Would def recommend his b&b: both he & it totally exceeded my expectation and I would love to go back... |

It was really nice and i enjoy a lot my stay in the guest. The localization is very excellent and near to center. The view is amazing and the room was very clean too!!! The host Ken is verry frendly and take care for every thinks...Thanks a lot !!! |

You may stay as a family of 4 - Big room may be divided into two by using a special door. So basically you have two rooms and two bed on the price of one. Lovely owner. Shared bathroom - no bathroom in the room. But everything extremely clean. |

Our upper room was very nice. There was definitely more attention to details and desire to please guests than in formal atmosphere of chain hotels. Location of the hotel is also exellent. Thank you, Ken |

It was clean, well furnished and spacious and in an excellent position in the city. The fully equipped (shared) kitchen was an addvantage. We had mistakenly assumed that the bathroom was en suite and did not like its access from the shared kitchen. The upper apartment is en suite and, therefore, better. |

Der Empfang durch den Hausbesitzer Ken war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wirklich als privat- Gäste in einem typischen Grachtenhaus willkommen gefühlt.Das Ambiente ist phänomenal.Die Lage wunderschön direkt am Kanal und ruhig.Waren innert 5 Gehminuten im Herzen von Amsterdam.Ideal für romantische Augenblicke. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Vondelpark in 10 min. möglich. Danke Ken... immer wieder......bis bald. liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz Die für ein typisches Grachtenhaus steilen, engen Treppen sind nicht für alle Ideal.Auch die Dusche ist darum eher eng.Dafür Top sauber. |

La situation, la propreté, la gentillesse de l'acceuil, mais aussi les équipements, machine Nespresso, le calme, le coté typique de ce gite dans une vieille maison amstelloise La chambre séparé du coté Cuisine/ Salle de bains... Mais compensé par le coté privatif des 2 lieus. |

Fantastiskt läge mitt i Amsterdam och underbar utsikt mot kanalen. Stort, härligt och vackert designat rum. Bra att kunna fixa kaffe och frukost själv. Välstädat och fräscht duschrum även om det var lite litet. Alltid lite trist att smyga i en korridor till toaletten även om den är ens "egen" men som kanalhusen ser ut är det svårt att lösa på annat sätt. |

La qualité, en général, de la prestation : excellente localisation dans Amsterdam (à deux pas de tous les monuments, musées,etc), calme, richesse de la décoration, indépendance vis à vis du loueur, appartement spacieux, clair (larges baies ouvertes sur l'Amstel), accueil agréable...Ici tout est luxe, calme et volupté... |
