Bijna iedereen. Alleen de mensen bij de voordeur presteerden elke keer pas hulp aan te bieden als je de vervelende trap al op was gekomen of juist weer af was gegaan. Terwijl ze daar juist staan om te helpen met koffers. We werden naar een kamer gebracht en toen bleek te tv verdwenen te zijn. Daarna werd het een zwerf actie door het hotel op zoek naar een nieuwe kamer maar werd er eerst geprobeerd ons te dumpen in een mindere kamer met uitzicht op een 5 baansweg terwijl wij extra betaalden voor rivierzicht.

O quarto e a casa de banho eram sóbrios e elegantes. Não gostei de se terem esquecido do dia do meu aniversário depois de me terem dito à chegada que me ofereceriam champanhe nesse dia para comemorar. Ou não diziam nada ou depois não se esqueciam, certo?...

Locali per il pranzo e la cena sono troppo piccoli in confronto alla capienza dell'albergo per cui spesso si trova tutto occupato e si perde così l'occasione di godere delle loro cene in riva alcanale.

la posizione e la quiete 1)la pulizia della camera al rientro pomeridiano la camera non era stata ancora riordinata e dopo il riordino da me richiesto non sono state cambiate le tovaglie da bagno. 2) ho prenotato una junior suite per tre persone al momento del pagamento mi è stato addebbitato a sorpresa il costo letto della terza persona.

Alles straalt luxe uit, het begint bij de ontvangst al en gaat maar door. Ik zou de volgende keer geen ontbijt bij de boeking reserveren, maar dit in het hotel op de kamer uitzoeken en laten bezorgen.

De keurige en correcte bediening en verzorging. De luxe en mooie inrichting van de kamer en het mooie zwembad. Met een geringe bijbetaling van € 50,00 konden wij ter plekke nog een kamer met uitzicht op de Amstel regelen, wat wij zeer op prijs hebben gesteld. Bij het (exclusieve) ontbijt waren de broodjes echt onder de maat.:Ze kwamen zo ontdooit uit de vriezer en waren dus ingedeukt, droog en smakeloos. De (kweek)zalm was niet lekker en de koffie werd koud geserveerd...na een opmerking werd deze wel uiterst vriendelijk en correct vervangen door nieuwe hete koffie. Verder viel het ons op dat je zo door kon lopen naar de verschillende verdiepingen, zonder dat iemand maar vroeg of je wel in het hotel verblijft. De avondportier kon ons niet herkent hebben (was bij inchecken er niet), en liet ons gewoon doorlopen.Verder vinden wij wel dat voor een hotel van deze klasse het schilderwerk van de buitenkant van het gebouw er bouwvallig bij stond en dat kleine reparaties binnen op de kamer (makkelijk) verholpen hadden kunnen worden.
