Discounted use of the Gym, Tennis and Squash facilities was nice, also the ambience of the location. The staff, although nice, were confused by basic questions. Major facilities advertised for the hotel on your website were not available. Direction information was confusing to the point that I had to get a taxi when, if properly informed, one bus would have taken me precisely there. |

The rooms were clean and tidy, and regularly checked. The restaurant and bar was excellent with very friendly staff and decently priced food and drink. |

nice environment - close to the wood basic rooms - with the construction works going on, the whole building is a mess. Guaranteed wake-up at 6 am because of the construction works, trucks with running engine under the window etc - ongoing till april 09 ... Rooms would benefit from a refurbishing too.. |

It's horrible! Service is terrible. They charged me for the breakfast and I could not have it because the restaurant was closed. The reception opens only at 8:00. it's not a hotel is a sporting center with some rooms! Wont stay there anymore. And would not recommend it. |

Restaurant. Veel lawaai vroeg in de ochtend, vb. glasbak werd geleegd om +/- 5:00uur in de ochtend / vrachtverkeer omstreeks 6:00uur / bouw werkzaamheden / hotel was rommelig / heb zeer slecht geslapen. |

chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, accueil et équipements mise à disposition parfaits le manque d'isolation phonique au niveau des chambre le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'a partir de 7h30 ce qui est beaucoup trop tard! |

Zimmer und Sauberkeit gut, großes Sportangebot und schöne Poollandschaft Das Wasser in der gesamten Poollandschaft war zu kalt.Zimmer sehr sehr hellhörig. Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. |

Nette, grote kamer. Sauna & zwembad ter beschikking. Redelijk goed restaurant/kantine aanwezig, met maaltijden met goede prijs/kwal. verhouding. Beetje armoedige ambiance; gehorige kamer (wat overigens niet tot overlast leidde); geen teletekst op tv; geen vrij internet. |

welness center is top, bar is gezellig studentikoos/sportief met goede keuken en service tussendeuren zijn absoluut niet geluiddicht, je slaapt in feite op één kamer met je buurman. TV dateert van W.O. 2 en is superklein. verbouwingen zijn een storende factor maar worden zo goed mogelijk opgevangen. |
