All the staff are very good and very friendly

The aircon did not work and the room was very warm, but if we had
reported it I know that they would have either tried to fix it or given
us another room. It was only one night so not too much of a problem

It was clean, comfortable, a delicious breakfast in the morning with very courteous staff. The shuttle was prompt.

My only suggestion is that the shuttle would be leaving every 15 minutes or so. If we would have missed our shuttle we would have had to wait for an hour for the next one.

Location and the free shuttle bus service. The hotel is a bit far away from the airport and the shuttle bus was shared by a number of hotels; therefore, it takes much longer time to travel directly from the hotel to the airport

Though very near to Schipol the hotel was peaceful and very comfortable

the shuttle bus was overcrowded and no room for luggage. Suggest it run more frequently
