Même si hotel d'aéroport, il manque de l'ambiance. Un pub ne serait pas de trop. Quelle ambiance triste. Je ne reviendrai pas. |

Le petit déjeuner est à un prix élevé pour une qualité insuffisante. Pas de personnel présent seulement pour relever votre notre à l'entrée du restaurant |

disposition du personnel, qualité des équipements et propreté de la chambre piscine encombrée par un grand nombre d'enfants une vingtaine + piégé par la tv, en l'allumant on nous demande un code, et apparement le code, qui est le numéro de chambre donne accès à des chaines payantes sans qu'on le sache, faites attention, plus le paring privé est assez cher, heureusement places de parking à proximité |

The hotel was in good and convenient location away from the traffice jam and city hectic life style. The staff were helpful. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Less than basic... I had to have my main meal outside the hotel... |

Very little. The mini bar should have been full. The price of breakfast was too high as we only wanted coffee and croissant. |

The breakfast was well below a standard for the price charged. The Swimming Pool was being used for lessons for children non resident so could not swim easily without interfering with the childrens lesson.The water temperature was too hot . |

The reception staff have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful each day of our stay. Location is convenient when you like to be close to Amsterdam, Airport but like to avoid the traffic. Good if you have own transport or rent a car. Bathroom was a bit small and only one elevator was active but that should be temporary |

The hotel room was quite spacious especially the bathroom compared to other places we had stayed. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately one of the lifts weren't working. Appeared to be no hotel information in the room - though staff did inform us when asked. |

The facilities in the room were of a high standard and the free courtesy bus to the airport and train services was very valuable. The room furnishings are excellent and rooms are very spacious. There was no information about the local area and where any local shops might be. There was also no free wifi which is below standard in current international standards. |
