Good hotel, convenient airport shuttle, comfy beds, nice bathroom, wifi works well, pleasant staff, tea/coffee facilities in room. The tv is not a flat screen one.

The location is near the airport

I would not like the hotel to get any more expensive than it already is, especially in the current economic climate.

Every thing was fine. Had dinner in the downstairs resturaunt and played a little pool.

Some shuttle bus drivers drive the buses like they were driving a car.

Hotel looks a bit worm out

I liked the comfort and the quietness about the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that there was no ramp at the stairs in front,for me to pull up my heavy baggage. I also didn't like the frosted glass bathroom door,through which one's silhouette can be seen.

I liked very much the sauna and the pool

Very comfortable hotel with frequent complimentary airport shuttle. Food in restaurant good as is house red. Standard rooms very well-equipped.

Airport shuttle handy. also to go to A'dam, and back, by train from Schiphol Airport.

Food was very plain and bland, but to an extent that's just Dutch food. You also had to pay extra to use the gym which was not made clear on the website.

I liked the free shuttle bus from the airport. The main bed was comfortable and really big.

The Suite I booked for my family had 2 rooms but one was more a business meeting room which we didnt expect, but to be honest it was in the room photos though I didn't notice as i was booking in a hurry, and ultimately it wasnt a big deal. That said the room didn't have the balcony which was also in the photos though we wouldnt have used it anyway because of the weather and the nearby airport. Breakfast was too expensive so we ended up driving to a nearby bakery, but if you don't have a car the hotel is fairly isolated. The tv's were quite old and small by modern standards.

We can use a shuttle bus between the hotel and Schiphol Airport. Facility is nice and the staffs are very friendly.

There's almost nothing around this hotel, outside restaurant, sight seeing place, shopping center, etc.

Near Airport.

Staff gave me wrong shuttle bus hours. No minibar. Deposit in cash needed of 50 Euro. In the States I used the credit card of a colleague without problems to pay hotels and even flights, in the Novotel I was not allowed to do this!

Room was very clean. Large desk table was suit for working.

Airport Shoutle bus is not frequently going at daytime.

The hotel seems a bit worn out, the style dates back to long ago, so does the television and the lack of channels (after all, we are 2012;-)). The minibar was empty, you had to go down to reception to get a drink, which is fairly inconvenient after having had a shower and wearing your pyjamas.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

They did not provide enough tea/coffee and milk in the room and the cups they provided us with were paper. The site says the hotel is within 5 miles of the centre which we thought was Amsterdam centre, as it wasn't stated which centre.

They had my details that I lived in Saudi Arabia - I live in South Africa and not in Blarkley Strand but Bloubergstrand! The receptionist on our arrival at night was less than pleasant - a bit too snooty! I usually use citizenM when staying near the AMS apt but was with my aunty so needed a more appropriate hotel for a nephew and his Aunt

Very relaxed and welcoming hotel whilst also being efficient. Happy to return on another similar trip. However didn't appreciate being charged for (MY) mistake of plugging in the internet connection for 20 seconds before realizing and disconnecting./ this cost me 6 Euro's..........poor show. But as I said a nice place overall.
