O Fato de ter uma academia aolado eestá próximo do Aeroporto As facilidades do Hotel são piores que o Ibis, não é digno de hotel 4 estrelas. O Ibis que fica a mesma distancia do Novotel é melhor em tudo e ainda custa quase metade do preço. |

close to the airport This hotel only really caters for one night stays hence facilities are not so good.. Mini bar is in reception !!!! , TV not working properly and staff at the desk took too long in check in and out. I was quite surprised. |

All the staff are very good and very friendly The aircon did not work and the room was very warm, but if we had reported it I know that they would have either tried to fix it or given us another room. It was only one night so not too much of a problem |

It was clean, comfortable, a delicious breakfast in the morning with very courteous staff. The shuttle was prompt. My only suggestion is that the shuttle would be leaving every 15 minutes or so. If we would have missed our shuttle we would have had to wait for an hour for the next one. |

Location and the free shuttle bus service. The hotel is a bit far away from the airport and the shuttle bus was shared by a number of hotels; therefore, it takes much longer time to travel directly from the hotel to the airport |
