Отличная гостиница, если необходимо вылетать рано утром. Шатлы в аэропорт ходят каждые пол-часа, персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, завтрак полноразмерный с горячими блюдами и возможностью выбора из меню омлетов-яичниц. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. |

The shuttle bus was easy to find at the airport . A refreshing sparkling drink was served at reception. Staff were most pleasant. |

good location for Schiphol airport, with shuttle service 5th floor extremely noisy due to machinery I guess on the roof. Avoid 5th floor |

easy to access amsterdam by car a bad communication between booking.com system and desk service. I booked for two rooms but at the desk they saw rezervation just one room. But the nice lady at the desk solved the issue somehow. |

Location, location, location. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was no jet noise from the nearby airport as advertised which made for a great atmosphere. The hotel was close to the outskirts of town and access to local establishments was a plus for an "Airport Hotel". I would recommend Novotel amsterdam airport. Thank you for the experience. |

The hotel was very handy for Schiphol airport and the surrounding area. It was also easy to get in to Amsterdam via the hotel's airport shuttle and then train. The noise of the cars leaving the attached health centre. |

I di not know why I need to fill in all the details when I have the A club card and all the details are available?The transport to Airport people are very rude and not even fair in their judgement of People needing either good guidance or adjustment of few minutes to hold the bus when they are already out of the Hotel and standing , but the Bus leaves seeing the Pax and stubborn and just leaves... |

Convenient with close location to the airpot, and shuttle buses run regularly. The sauna was quite relaxing. Room is big enough and clean. Very little choices in the restaurant, and there is only one waitress looking after which makes you wait longer than normal. I ordered salmon fish it was freezingly cold, I asked if this was normal and then she took it back and came back with a new cooked hot meal. Can you imagine the food that I was first served was taken out of the ref and without any heating served. |

Very child friendly; decent morning breakfast buffet; quiet location, can walk to grocery store. We had to share pool with swimming teacher and students. |
