Rummet, TV-utbudet, trevlig och hjälpsam personal med goda engelskakunskaper, shuttle bus till Schiphol Frukosten var inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna. |

Good location for the airport. Reasonably priced internet access. Room was fairly comfrtable. Restaurant menu wasn't very exiciting and service was slow even though there were not many guests present. |

Very good reception - excellent communication! the staff members serving drinks urgently need customer service training (applicable for both: young woman and the older chap). When I ask to recomend me a drink the young woman simply turned away without any explanation and sent to me the older man, who refused as well to make any recommendation on a drink for me. He only kept asking in patronizing way "tell me what you want". I expected that someone e.g. asked me if I like sweat or sour drinks, etc and then recommend me a drink. Perhaps it is too much to demand...at Novotel. |

Convenient location, clean hotel, friendly efficient reception. Restaurant third full but service very slow and poor quality food especially the buffet. I heard several complaints. |

The hotel was in good and convenient location away from the traffice jam and city hectic life style. The staff were helpful. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Less than basic... I had to have my main meal outside the hotel... |

The breakfast was well below a standard for the price charged. The Swimming Pool was being used for lessons for children non resident so could not swim easily without interfering with the childrens lesson.The water temperature was too hot . |

The reception staff have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful each day of our stay. Location is convenient when you like to be close to Amsterdam, Airport but like to avoid the traffic. Good if you have own transport or rent a car. Bathroom was a bit small and only one elevator was active but that should be temporary |

The hotel room was quite spacious especially the bathroom compared to other places we had stayed. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately one of the lifts weren't working. Appeared to be no hotel information in the room - though staff did inform us when asked. |

The facilities in the room were of a high standard and the free courtesy bus to the airport and train services was very valuable. The room furnishings are excellent and rooms are very spacious. There was no information about the local area and where any local shops might be. There was also no free wifi which is below standard in current international standards. |

Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was lovely. Good bus service to the terminal It was a bit hard to find the bus from the terminal to the hotel. |
