IGodt hotel, men værelset havde en mærkelig indretning, og det var meget trangt, svært at komme frem og tilbage. Det var ikke muligt at se dette på billederne inden bestillingen. |

Location! We loved staying right near all the shopping and attractions. I liked the transparent bathroom decor (sink, walls, chairs). Kind of futuristic. The room was very small... if we had any luggage that might have been a challenge. |

The centric location of the hotel, a lot of places around where you can have decent and cheap breakfast and meals, tram stop in front of hotel Rooms are small. While it seems to be normal in Amsterdam, the hotel could at least provide something more then a glass door between WC and the room itself. It might be a problem for people who are not actually quite close to each other. |

small room was well planned and made excellent use of space available, comfortable and stylish furnishings. nowhere to put suitcase/wheelie bag and did not fit in hanging space. |

The hotel changed room and the room was not suitable. There were issues with the hotels misappropriate use of my credit card and an official complaint will be sent to the complaints department. I have found through poor service, I have wasted well over two hours of my time throughout my holiday, because of poor service quality! |

Cleaness of room and location. Very easy to get around the city from the hotel location. For 2 persons traveling for 5 weeks we had large bags. The room has no space for storage for the bags and the room very small. I liked the design and use of the small space, but it was not adequate for closet space. |

Location was great, near Centraal Station. Bathroom glass door would work great for a couple, but it's kind of weird when you're sharing the room with mother and younger brother. Regular bathroom doors in triple rooms. |

Breakfast was pretty good. Great croissants. The price was reasonable for Amsterdam. The hotel was clean.We only stayed one night and then found other accommodations. The staff had little to offer in response to our complaints. The room was tiny which was not indicated by the pictures on the website. The decor was not to our taste, the walls covered in striped carpet. The bathroom was a glass booth jutting into the room, though the fixtures were modern. The lighting was dim. I could not read by the desk lamps. The immediate neighborhood was dingy, though we liked it better by day. |

It's location and it was very clean and modern. I didn't like the bathroom there wasn't much privacy with some of the glass not frosted! |

Very helpful and friendly staff who provided tourist information and asked if there was anything that they could be of assistance. The double room was very small. No minibar. |
