Location was great, near Centraal Station. Bathroom glass door would work great for a couple, but it's kind of weird when you're sharing the room with mother and younger brother. Regular bathroom doors in triple rooms. |

Breakfast was pretty good. Great croissants. The price was reasonable for Amsterdam. The hotel was clean.We only stayed one night and then found other accommodations. The staff had little to offer in response to our complaints. The room was tiny which was not indicated by the pictures on the website. The decor was not to our taste, the walls covered in striped carpet. The bathroom was a glass booth jutting into the room, though the fixtures were modern. The lighting was dim. I could not read by the desk lamps. The immediate neighborhood was dingy, though we liked it better by day. |

It's location and it was very clean and modern. I didn't like the bathroom there wasn't much privacy with some of the glass not frosted! |

Very helpful and friendly staff who provided tourist information and asked if there was anything that they could be of assistance. The double room was very small. No minibar. |

Modern fittings, location. Newly refurbished but the design of the room simply doesn't work - headboard in middle of room, no bedside tables and lighting in bathroom poor for shaving (down spotlight behind you). Floor flooded during shower - large gaps between cubicle and wall. Doors slam so very noisy at night - not what you expect in a "Deluxe" room costing €€€s! |

The room was much too small to be a double. It was almost impossible to get out of bed one side without injuring oneself on sharp corners of the furniture. |

Location close to dam square but just far enough away to be quiet late at night. As the price of the room had been reduced from 249eur to 99eur the value was good. I would not taken the room at the full price. |

The staff was very kind. Space to leave your luggage. The walls of the bathroom (not only the shower) are made of glass, so you dont have privacy |

great location, bike hire across the road and only a couple mins stroll from the central station and dam square, red light district only a 5 min walk away The rooms were very small but very modern, the beds were very very soft and to small for someone of 6ft 1, only just a double. The bathroom doors are glass which could be rather embarresing for a twin or friends sharing a room. would be interesting if your friend needed to do number twos |
