スタッフのサービスは感じよかったです。 たまたま泊まった部屋がダブルルームだったからかもしれませんが、部屋の中にガラス張りでバス・トイレがあったり、ベッドの上にテレビがぶら下がってたり、椅子が透明なプラスチックだったりと、狭い部屋を広く見せる工夫なのかもしれませんが、いかがなものでしょう・・・ |

駅からも近く、観光にも動きやすい立地だった。早朝に到着したところ、臨機応変に（多分満室ではないから？）部屋に入れてくださったのが大変ありがたかった。シャワーの排水が悪いのでチェックをお願いしたら、すぐに対応してくれた。 お部屋はとても清潔でバスルームも綺麗だったのですが、シャワー室のガラスの扉の下や横に水止めパッキンがついていない部分（部屋によって違う）があり、すきまから水が出てトイレ部分の床まで水浸しになってしまうのが、とても気になりました。惜しい・・・。街路向きの部屋は夜、外の音（人の騒ぐ声）がかなり気になった。 |

デラックス・ダブルに宿泊したが、冷蔵庫がないことには驚いた。 アムステルダムのホテルはどこもそうかもしれないが、かなり狭かった。ホテルのすぐ裏側とすぐ横に飾り窓があった。駅近と目の前がトラムの駅ありロケーションは最高にいいので、ビジネスマンには利点の多いホテルだが、治安が心配であり、特に家族連れは極力避けた方がよいホテルと思われます。 |

枕がクッションタイプであったせいか、高すぎて寝心地がよくなかったが、シャワーはとても快適で、また部屋は全体的に綺麗でした。レンタルサイクルショップが目の前にあったのでとても便利でした。 |

Location! We loved staying right near all the shopping and attractions. I liked the transparent bathroom decor (sink, walls, chairs). Kind of futuristic. The room was very small... if we had any luggage that might have been a challenge. |

The centric location of the hotel, a lot of places around where you can have decent and cheap breakfast and meals, tram stop in front of hotel Rooms are small. While it seems to be normal in Amsterdam, the hotel could at least provide something more then a glass door between WC and the room itself. It might be a problem for people who are not actually quite close to each other. |

small room was well planned and made excellent use of space available, comfortable and stylish furnishings. nowhere to put suitcase/wheelie bag and did not fit in hanging space. |

The hotel changed room and the room was not suitable. There were issues with the hotels misappropriate use of my credit card and an official complaint will be sent to the complaints department. I have found through poor service, I have wasted well over two hours of my time throughout my holiday, because of poor service quality! |

Cleaness of room and location. Very easy to get around the city from the hotel location. For 2 persons traveling for 5 weeks we had large bags. The room has no space for storage for the bags and the room very small. I liked the design and use of the small space, but it was not adequate for closet space. |
