Este amplasat foarte bine. Ca si design arata mult mult mai bine decat in poze. Camerele acceptabile (ca dimensiuni) , internetul functioneaza foarte bine.

Incepand cu ora 9 dimineata este o galagie infernala pe holul hotelului , din cauza personalului. Patul dublu , de fapt sunt doua paturi mici unite , aparand bineinteles o gaura pe mijlocul "patului" .

The hotel is lying about two separate beds in the room. I booked, and espessially mentioned two separate beds and I've got one bed in the room. The hotel didn't want to do anything, the said there are two sheets. And it's enough. The second surprise was in the room. I came with a colleague and after we discovered one bed, we realised that the wall between room and bathroom is clear and it's possible to see the toilet sink. There was no curtain or something to cover the clear wall. The hotel management didn't want to help us.May be in Holland they have no secrets, but I prefer to have my own choice.

The location.

For a Deluxe room, I was hoping to have a fridge and one double bed, not 2 single ones stuck together. Very uncomfortable. The design of the room was lovely but a little to crammed and hard to move around. Window wouldn't open. Overall, I enjoyed the room and the staff, especially the location. But a fridge is important so is a "normal" bed!Thank you! :)

The location of the hotel was good for the local sights. Room was well presented.

The hotel pre-authorised my credit card one week prior to my arrival even though I had the option to cancel upto 1 day before. Upon arrival, they wanted to take a further pre-authorisation!! I have never experienced this with a hotel before and never had my card charged so far in advance. I have now returned home and I am still waiting for the pre-authorisation to be cancelled, as the stay was paid for in cash at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very slow. Lots of people waiting with only one staff member assisting.

It's location

We booked a deluxe room through booking.com over a month before we arrived, but when we got there they said they were overbooked of our room type and said they had to downgrade us to a standard room which was very cramped and smelled. We asked for a partial refund, but they said since we had prepaid there was nothing they could do. We overheard other people who they downgraded too, so it seems like this is a common practice for this hotel. Buyer Beware!!

The hotel in located within easy reach of the main attractions. The staff and cleanliness were very good.

The rooms are quite compact and strangely set out. The ambiance of the hotel didn't 'set me on fire', but overall I would recommend the hotel.

Brilliant location. Rooms small but clean and comfortable beds. Glass walled ensuite different!

Located close to station and very central. Clean and had everything I needed. Also liked having a kettle (tea and coffee) and British channels on the tv. Very designer in the room - carpet on the wall, transparent sink etc

The rooms were very small. The foot-end of the double bed touched the wall so if you are tall, the bed would have been too small. The bathroom is a glass room within the bedroom. Although part of it was frosted, it would be awkward if you were sharing with a friend or a new boyfriend!

The bathroom made up of windows. A little unconfortable.

Position was very good, close to everything§

Very small room that we payed a lot for and breakfast was not even inbluded in that enormous price. Broken details around the room and curtains that could not be closed properly. No value for money.

The hotel was conveniently located, about 5-10 minutes walk from the Central Station and Dam Square. Trams in front of the hotel takes you to Museumplein and other attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful!!!

Wifi access was a bit of a problem, I think it was due to the location of our room. My friends stayed on the same floor and had perfect reception but I couldn't access the wifi connection most of the time.

Very close to the center of Amsterdam and the central train station

I think the price is very high
