The hotel is right in the center of town with lots of shopping and bars in the area. Excellent location. Breakfast has very limited choices and only available from 8:00-9:30. Most of my friends couldn't get up in time. |

The rooms are clean and tidy. The included breakfast has enough food to feed an army... The rooms are quite small, but it't enough for a backpacker who stays for a couple of days to visit Amsterdam. What bothered me was that the safe box was locked. The default code written on the instructions was not valid... |

Location,.mm, that's about it.. Rooms are extremely small. Not enough space to even unpack my luggage. It’s very difficult to go to your room since there is no elevator. |

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to many restaurants, shops, and interesting places to visit. All staff were very friendly, and helpful, and it was very good to have a 24hr Reception service. Breakfast was good, in clean and pleasant dining room, and rooms were clean and comfortable. |

Friendly staff, great location, centre of everything but in a quiet street with the trams 1,2,5 just down the road. Room was adequate for a single, not much room but space to hang up clothes and clean bathroom. All you really need for a few days in the dam' Good breakfast served every morning. Would stay here again on my next trip. |

The staff understood we had to leave early in the morning and arranged to have breakfast price too high for what it offers, I have been for the same price in better hotels |

Staff and location. It was good to have 24-hour reception desk. Bath was very small and the room was noisy because of the people staying next door. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic, couldn't be better; Its located nearby "everything": citycenter, bicycle rental, restaurants, cafees, Canals, shoppingstreets, museums. The staff was polite, competent and helpfull. The Room was clean, functionel, good beds and in all regards ok (however a little modest - but thats only a petitesse that doesn't destroy the overall impression). The coffeemachine offered a wide range of different types and made excellent freshbrewed coffee (and Im really a coffee-gourmet-addict). Please "upgrade" the bread quality; Theres nothing more boring than white toast bread. I was promised, written in an email, a room on 1 floor with windows (the hotel have rooms without windows!!!). When we arrived we were told that the promised room was occupied; so for a short moment I was afraid to be placed in a room without windows - I would not have accepted that - and the receptionist knew nothing about the promis! But no harm was done because the room had windows but was located on the 4. floor; But still: Please keep your promises in the future - or inform about harmless changes fx by SMS. |

Location, Location, Location. We received a non smoking room with cigarette stench. The room they sold by the internet as the better one was actually the worst, Dark, a window to nowhere, depressing. They wanted payment at check-in, I am glad we avoided that so we could negotiate a better room. Too soft mattresses. |

the hotel location is perfect We had a 'room' in the basement without even a window. The price would have been justified if we had had a normal room, even very small, due to the location of the hotel but considering we stayed in a bedroom without even a window the price was extortion. |

Not far from city center. Breakfast food is not being refilled during breakfast hours. Late comers have much less choice. We booked a room for two days but had to stay in one room the first night and the second room the second night - and the hotel staff didn't make it an easy transition, instead they were acting as if it was our fault to change the room. |
