I liked the location only! The rooms were so small, doesnt look tidy, u can here everything from the other rooms and in the corridors at the stairs, cats in the restaurant which is not hygienic at all, too many stairs ti climb and noone to help with the luggage, the walls were dirty in the room , bed wasnt comfortable, the price for that hotel is too high for the quality .

The room was clean and the room was large enough to stay. The location was perfect for us. I wish if they had a hair dryer...

The value of moeny Hotel is not clean at all ... they do not change the sheets or clean the beds... I left the hotel and could not got rest of my money . The hotel is charging the credit card holders by 5% which is not mentioned in your web-site ( plus the city tax which is well-known )

The hotel was dirty, smelly, noisy, with poor services and facilities. Our room had no curtains, a non-funcitonal TV, we could hear vomiting from neighbouring rooms, it was smelly while breakfast could not even manage proper coffee or real druit juice. This really is one to avoid, especially at the inflated prices charged for the rooms. By far the worst hotel I have ever booked and this spoilt what should have been a nice weekend in an otherwise pleasant city

Friendly helpful staff. We had a basement room. no proper window, just a celing window, so from about 4am it was bright daylight. That might have been ok if we'd been able to sleep, but the bed was a tiny double and very uncomforable so I spent the night trying not to fall out and then with the bright daylight, not a good night's sleep.was lucky if I got about 2 hours sleep.

Location The room was terrible-it has converted me to chain hotels,at least you know with a chain what you are getting in advance. We could have stayed in a Marriott,Holiday Inn etc for the same or less money and got a far better room

Position In the first room we had the window was broken. After a night and arguing with the manager I managed to have another in which the toilet fan and television didn't work but at least you opened the window. Hygiene is very approximate. There is bad smell in the rooms, stains on the walls and the carpet is very dusty. The entire structure is noisy. The breakfast is poor: bread, butter and peanut butter. That's it. No jams, no sweets, no fresh fruit ... just a preserved fruit salad. One evening there was a dispute between a customer coming from china that accused the manager of cheating. Later the police came and we heard arguing and the manager screaming till late in the night. The structure is definitely not suitable for children, the stairs are very steep and unsafe, sometimes there are stairs to the entrance of the rooms.

What to like: - Location - Street train (Tram) is very near, aswell a fantastic Portuguese restaurant! I recommend this restaurant as the food and beer are great! - you have a coffeeshop 10-15 meters away, if you go to that :-) - Wifi Internet - Breakfast was included Nothing to do with the hotel, but the Dutch people are extremely nice! Excellent people! What I did not like: - towels were dirty, I asked for new towels but... All were dirty! Only when I asked a third time, I got decent towels. - on the first day, the young man on the desk (gently) refused to give me an official invoice. I had to ask (again) 3 times until I got an official invoice. - rooms are "low end", though they are rather clean and quiet. - flat tv has no remote, each time you have to get up and change volume/channel. I never saw such thing... - breakfast is ok, but the coffee machine was damaged (and in three days was not fixed/replaced) and the toaster is sloooooooooooow. Nevertheless it was ok. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the center of the city is a kaos for cars/parking. Don't go with your car, unless you really have to.

Good location and not too expensive. The breakfast ended too early, and the room wasn't very clean (the bedding did not appear to be washed). Also, the room was not just small but was in the basement and had no windows.

I liked the fact there's an elevator, the place was clean and seemed nice. the owners seemed very nice and friendly and pleasant. there's a free breakfast with two kinds of breads, buns, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, sliced meat. It wasn't the best breakfast selection but it was pretty good for the value. Loved the resident cat that kept wandering in and out dying for attention :) the lounge/breakfast area was nice.
