Everything except the location
Great location, value for money
Pictures online do not depict at all the current status of the hotel which is an ex XXX type of establishement that tries to be budget accomodation, I only stayed there for a night as I arrived quite late, I wouldn't recomend it even to my worst enemy. Location is dodgy at best, and the fact that reception is located in another hotel does not help either.
The location was good - right by a canal, close to lots of fun things.
Our room (#2) was right by the outside door. That door slammed every time someone went in or out. Very annoying in the middle of the night.
A man entered my room at 3am while i was sleeping. I guess he made a mistake because he just opened the door and see me and then closed it right away, but i am a woman, sleeping alone and felt so scared. It might have been a staff person but still, they should've known i was in that room.
Doesn't leak water during rain but leaks light because one of the windows doesn't have a curtain!
Claimed my credit card didn't go through and I lost my reservation, downgraded me to a room with no bath, not even a window curtain!!! at the same cost! By far the worst experience during my 18 day EU trip. Old, broken, dirty, and the staircase is dangerous!
Good wi-fi, informative stuff. good location to night life and center autobus station. 5 minutes walk to restaruants 15 minutes by walk to the dam square
Almost vertical stairs. Very tough to go up after a long day :-)).
the staff were helful and friendly
wifi ist not working because reception is far away from hotel 2-stairs are steep and difficult to go up. 3-people slam the door at night and you can easily hear what is outside 4- going to the reception desk require that you cross the street to the other side. 5-
The staff was very friendly and helpfull
Very expensive Reception far away Dirty
1.wasnt a hotel 2.no A/C 3.horrible lighting 4.No phone 5.No ice machine 6.Condition of room very poor 7.Beds so soft difficult to even sit on
Someone get into my private room at 3am saying he had mistaken room. But why did he have a key to my room?! I felt very unsafe.
Easy to get to Secure and safe Not to expensive
The steps are abit like a ladder especially when u have the 3rd floor Wifi not in rooms
thought facilties were poor
Rooms filled with dust, we fell down the steep stairs and sprained ankles, window dropped on my finger, glass between the sink and your face, thus not being able to even wash your face, millions of other negative flaws to name.
Location is very good
money value comparing by hotels with facilities
Beds were super comfy and great location.
Shower head needed fixing
The worst experience of my life and the worst hotel I play me in my life, went with a friend to amsterdam for a weekend and decided to spend more and stay in a hotel for safety, when we came back on Saturday night, tired of touring amsterdam, we find the bedroom door open, supported by a towel, windows opened wide and a mess,
Actually they burglarized and nobody took care, just said that was not the problem and not we could give another room because it was full !!!!!!! we were left at the reception 3 hours, until we insist so much we got a bed in her hostel, after we mourn and beg on the street do not let two girls aged 22, paid 240 euros both nights. And I repeat no one took care of nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!! Never go to this
it was cheap for a 3 people
dirt stains (stayed in 2 different rooms), old rooms, leaking shower
Very bad hotel
Location is only likeable factor. We left after one night due to nightmare.
Check in took 1 hour. Room given did not exist. Two russian punka chatting on cell phones in hallway. Rooms are not soundproof. Mold in rooms. Doors slam hard all night long. Bathroom smelled of mold, ass, and glass mirror broken. No elevators just steep stairs. And worse of all, there is no level of standards for this hotel unless the city inspectors missed it. Worst hotel in europe, girlfriend dumped me over stay at this hotel. I would sleep in my backseat of car before staying here again. Also, bed bugs bit girlfriend. Massive reaction. Nasty place. Good luck.
Location Cozy room Nice view
No elevator A lot of uncomfortable stairs Rooms separated from reception
location is good
the bed is too soft, very small and uncomfortable, staff not friendly
small rooms, dirty, noisy, the second and third floors are impossible, the steps are absurd....
