Amsterdam Lily apartment (阿姆斯特丹百合公寓酒店)

Great place in the center of old city. Nice design. Great deal!!! Просто отлично! В центре старого города, колокола не беспокоят, если ты там не живешь весь день :) Отличный дизайн аппартаментов и место расположения, отличная цена и все супер!

The apartment itself was just wonderful, very well decorated (in indian and african style), spacious, warmful, with a nice patio. It is located on the ground floor but it was not inconvenient at all. Once in the apartment, no noise at all, no problem with people outside. We felt secure. It has also a good location in jordaan, in a calm street but very close from animated streets. A tram station is 2mn away by foot. It was just perfect.

I loved the chirch-bell's sound through the day. I still want to make a cup of coffee and enjoy small and very peaceful patio of the apartment. The staying in the Lily can give that unique chance to spend your time in Amsterdam in a way as at home. You can feel yourself as native citizent of this beatiful and always surprising city.

I am not joking, but you will enjoy the chirchbells as well at night too

The decor of the apartment is outstanding but a little over the top as it doubles as an Art Exhibition space when not being rented. There are many statues, paintings and other artifacts all through the apartment. The location is a bit far out from the centre, but if you don't mind walking, it's a lovely area with many nice places to eat and highly fashionable shops and the area was nice and quiet without all the rough tourist trade.

I was not keen on the portraits hanging up, the glass store front of the apartment - it didn't feel very private, especially as the owner was next door, with windows overlooking the private courtyard so whenever we went into the "private" courtyard we could see the owner pottering about next door almost constantly. This gave us a feeling of being observed and we could not relax properly. Also, the sofa was uncomfortable, as was the futon bed, and neither tv worked properly. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen.

Sólo mejoraría dos cosas: la cama debería ser más grande la persiana de la habitación más oscura para que no entre la luz a las 6 h de la mañana y te despierte

Excelente ubicación. El departamento está muy bien equipado en lo que se refiere a vajilla en la cocina. Uno de los dos dueños, Jan es muy amable, respondió a todas mis inquietudes.

Si no puedes dormir con luz, en este depto no hay persianas ni blackout. Si viajan con algún niño, tiene que dormir en el living, entre esculturas y pinturas,. No está acondicionado como dormitorio. Considero que es caro, pero Amsterdam, en general, es una ciudad cara.

DIe Lage ist perfekt. Nur der Kirchturm mit seiner !viertelstündlichen! Melodie (auch Nachts) hat einem nach 2 Tagen ein wenig den nerv geraubt.... Nach 4 Tagen - ist das schon eine Geduldsprobe

The location is excellent, in the Jordaan. It is off the beaten tourist track, there are nice little stores and coffee places in the surroundings. The 'appartment' is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room +TV, and a bedroom. There is a lot of art in the apartment, but for me it was too much (see below).

The decor of the apartment is over the top - it can also be used as exhibition space. There are so many art items over the place that it doesn't feel cozy anymore, I felt like an intruder that was allowed to use the space. The couch is really uncomfortable (though pretty), they should at least put some good pillows in there. The bedroom gets very bright in the morning, there is no way to block out the light, so I always woke up at 6. The patio is cute, but surrounded by windows through which the owner can look into the apartment, so there is no real feeling of privacy. The price is too high given these shortcomings, also there is no breakfast provided (some joghurt/muesli would already do). You need to pay in cash upon arrival(!) so be prepared for that - the automat I was directed to was out of order, so I spent the first half an hour looking for an ATM. Also be aware that you have to announce your arrival time in advance (I was asked 3 weeks beforehand).
