Very noisy room, very thin windows not sound proof, same for the walls between rooms, and the air evacuation from the bathroom is extremly noisy ! |

Do not park in the parking house! It costs 68 euro per night. I told the hotel reception that I had parked and they gave the impression that it was the right thing to do. They could have warned me about the price I think! |

A stone throw away from Leidseplein and Vondelpark makes the location excellent.The bed was awesome and the room quite good, despite the old look of the hotel's outsite. I would expect a bit bigger bathroom for a 5 star hotel, and the breakfast is ok, but not really 5 star. |

I enjoyed my stay in the marriott bt was dissapointed on the facilities for the price we paid for the room.I was also quite anoyed that we were only told on arrival we have to pay 75 euro per night upfront as we had not planned for this expense and therefore we had to use money from our holiday expenses.overall I think this hotel is nice but far too expensive for the servic es it provides. . Food too expensive and no pool jaccusi or spa facilities |

The room was larger than expected and the super king bed was the most comfortable we experienced throughout our stay in Europe. The Concierge (tall, fair gentleman) that was on duty the morning we arrived was superb. Wonderful advertisement for the Marriott No tea/coffee making facilities in room but tea and coffee machine in foyer for guests but only available for one hour (10am-11am) each day then the cupboard is locked until 10am the next day!!! |

The fire place at the lobby and the helpful courteous concierge. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. For the price, they could have offered free drinking water. No vanity set nor facial cotton pads in the bathroom. |

The bellman handling the parking lot was very helpful at fitting our cars in. The location was excellent for driving in. The conceriege provided outstanding recommendations for dinner in the local area. To me, 25.00 euros for the breakfast buffet is not value for money. |
