Close to the airport, but not too close so there was no airplane noise. Very modern hotel, plenty of space in the room. Facility maintenance was not very good. 2 of the 3 spotlights in the bathroom had blown globes and were rusting in the ceiling. The shampoo rack in the shower had one screw almost fallen out. Also, the lower level access was not working so we had to carry luggage up a very steep set of external stairs.

Location. Needed a room the night before a departing flight. Shuttle bus: nice service. Saved money. Ease of booking: booked on line day before arrival. Internet: Wireless is only available in lobby....really? Upgrade please. Check in: I suspect I was checked in by a fairly new employee. Certainly friendly enough. Just didn't know how to complete all tasks. While I could let all that go as he sought help from teammates ... we were all new once ourselves ... I was told that my room (#70) could be accessed by the elevators or stairwell. I took the stairs down a floor only to discover that my room was on the same level as check in. There are no rooms below that level. That was bad.

Hotel was reasonably priced, comfortable, with friendly staff, breakfast included and a free shuttle to/from the airport. We chose Schiphol because our main purpose was to visit the Keukenhof Gardens, but it was easy to train into the city.

It was close to the Airport and was convenient getting there using the shuttle service. The hotel was kind enough to specifically arrange a shuttle service to pick me up from the airport at 12 am eventhough the last shuttle was 11pm. Room was comfortable, the bed was very good. Internet was free in the room as well as free Wifi in common areas. It's a 5 minute walk to tram station where you can catch the Tram 1 directly to Amsterdam Central station. The hotel was under renovation at the bar/dining area.

We were bumped from our original booked small hotel near Schipol Airport and this hotel was offered in place. It was the nicest room we had over the 2.5 weeks travelling in Europe. It is very modern and updated. Nice bathroom, nice linens, good TV service, coffee/tea in room a plus!, close to airport with free shuttle.

The hotel provide a free trip from/to Schiphol Airport. During my stay [6th - 8th April 2012], the heater of the room is not available. The A/C is meant only for summer and the room is quite cold even during the spring. Temperature control can only add or minus 3 degree C which is insufficient.

Clean comfortable hotel room. Lovely bathroom. Close to the airport. The free shuttle service in both directions was greatly appreciated. Experienced problems with the internet access in the room. This was rectified by a member of staff. Double beds are two singles joined together and therefore not as comfortable as it could be.

It is near the airport and has a free shuttle service to and from airport. Value for money but under partial re-construction at present. Forgot to give us our wake-up call at 6.30 a.m. Luckily we were awake but could have been a problem as our flight left at 9.55 a.m. and we had to catch the shuttle to the airport.

Free shuttle from and to the airport. The driver who picked us up from the airport on the evening of Feb 18th was hilarious! :) The girl checking us in on the same night was very lovely and helpful. Room was really nice, comfortable and clean. Good TV. Wifi is only available on the public areas, in the rooms connection is with cable so you can't use internet with your mobile. Bathroom door was interesting; it was made of some sort of frosted glass and had no lock - I felt like the door was open when using the bathroom cause in a way it was see-through.

Friendly and efficient reception, airport shuttle and restaurant staff. The price was good on an internet deal, but the quality of the room was substandard. The lighting in the room was very inadequate. The furnishings were not worthy of this standard of hotel. There were very few free English speaking channels on the tv. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not as nice as several other comparable hotels near Schipol airport.

We used the Park Plaza as a stopping of point on our way to Norway for new year.We used the park sleep and fly option. Everything was clean and tidy, room nice and warm, check in and out faultless by friendly and welcoming staff. We used the shuttle service which was very prompt and reliable. Would recomend this hotel.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. I would definitely stay there again. Slightly far from them city centre, but there is a convenient tram that takes you to the downtown area in about 35 minutes.

Free WiFi Internet access in communal areas was great to keep in touch with the office whilst I was in the conference. Wired internet in the bedroom was less convenient, but still speedy. Restaurant both in terms of food and service was terrible. Food was luke warm and service very slow, had to ask (and wait) for everything. Very disappointing considering the extortionate prices.
