Very clean rooms, early breakfast, location was great for getting to the office, free internet service in your room (but not WiFi). The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff seemed like they could care less that you were there. Wireless is only available in the lobby. Would be much nicer to have it throughout the hotel.

Free WiFi Internet access in communal areas was great to keep in touch with the office whilst I was in the conference. Wired internet in the bedroom was less convenient, but still speedy. Restaurant both in terms of food and service was terrible. Food was luke warm and service very slow, had to ask (and wait) for everything. Very disappointing considering the extortionate prices.

Closiness to airport. The food. Ordered a chicken sandwich: some lettuce, cucumber and two thin slices of a meat product derived from chicken. The french fries coming with it were half rear. Reordering of the french fries: received them overdone and very brownish. Compared to this Mac Do is a one star restaurant. The very friendly service by the waitress compensated for it

Close to the airport, friendly and comfortable. Not my first choice but as all other hotels were full i had to stay with your hotel, although very pleasant and comfortable i found the rate too high and no breakfast included or tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Food in the bar/restaurant was great, and the atmosphere was nice. The free hotel shuttle to the airport is a total disaster. They have a booking system whereby they give tickets on a first-come first-serve basis, however on my first morning at the hotel they gave way too many tickets. I had to wait 30 mins for the next bus and there were no cabs. On the second morning, the bus left early, so even though I arrived in time to catch the bus I had to wait 30 mins until the next bus arrived. On the third morning, some poor sod was on the bus, unaware he needed a ticket. He was booted off to make room for ticket-carrying passengers. The room service dinner menu was limited to hamburgers, pizza etc. It is not possible to have breakfast sent to your room.

Friendly and efficient reception, airport shuttle and restaurant staff. The price was good on an internet deal, but the quality of the room was substandard. The lighting in the room was very inadequate. The furnishings were not worthy of this standard of hotel. There were very few free English speaking channels on the tv. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not as nice as several other comparable hotels near Schipol airport.

The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The Air conditions was not able to adjust on the temperature desirable. Was very cold in the room during my stay . The service in the restaurant was very bad, long waiting.

Relative close to Schiphol airport which was convenient for our company conference... Good price for value The system with electronic keys was terrible. I had several days that the room key was not working and one time I had to go 3x back to reception to re-program the room key...which made me come late for the business meetings... Also elevator was not working properly with the keys.... Taxi suggestionw were very expensive. The taxi ordered from hotel to city center costed us 70€, while the return taxi was less then 25€....

We used the Park Plaza as a stopping of point on our way to Norway for new year.We used the park sleep and fly option. Everything was clean and tidy, room nice and warm, check in and out faultless by friendly and welcoming staff. We used the shuttle service which was very prompt and reliable. Would recomend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. Food at the restaurant was very good, the total price for the night was fair according with the service. The room was comfortable, clean and nice. The location of the hotel was very close to the public transportation. It was a little difficult to open the elevator door with the card that was for opening the room door. The double room had 2 beds instead of 1 king bed.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. I would definitely stay there again. Slightly far from them city centre, but there is a convenient tram that takes you to the downtown area in about 35 minutes.

The conference I attended was held in this hotel and therefore it was perfect for my needs. As a traveller I would not stay here due to the location although I walked to the Tram Stop (13 minutes) and for 7 Euros purchased a day ticket for all public transport. I was in the centre of Amsterdam in 45 minutes. The control over room comfort is taken away from the user. I could only increase the heating by 3 degrees and unfortunately I still felt cold when cosy would have been my preference.

Close to airport and free pick up, good for business travelers for overnight stay Bathroom not well stocked, no wi fi in room, only wired internet so can't use iPAD or phone on wifi, not much free tv options

breakfast and action of staff in bar and breakfast saloon was good. the staff at the resption was poor in communication with guests. They did many mistakes.also they did check in without reading the reservation pepers of booking.com and than they did many mistakes.

The rooms are very nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a very good lunch and dinner there and the breadfast buffet was very nice. It was also nice to have a free shuttle to the hotel from the airports and only a 10 or 15 minute walk to the tram to take us downtown. They had installed new electronic locks and they were very difficult to use. We had to try many times before getting them to work and we noticed other people were also having problems. Their printer was out of ink and so after checking in for our flight we weren't able to print our boarding passes. The other problem was they had many people sign up for the same time at their shuttle and evidently no one was paying attention to their list, because they brought up their small van to go to the airport and there were 20 or 30 people that needed to go then. Finally they brought up a bus and got us to the airport, but it was later than we should have gotten there and that made a very stressful departure. Overall the hotel was very nice, but the problems we had detracted from that.

It was a lovely hotel very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, however it was a little pricey for us,( we didnt use the bar or restaurant), also a little too far from amsterdam central it cost 40 euros each way in a taxi for one nite out!, So would book a closer hotel next time

The proximity to the airport and convenience of shuttle worked very well for me and my husband, We very much enjoyed the quiet location and ease of access to Amsterdam. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and happy to reccommend it. Had requested one big bed but still had two small beds pushed together....I Know this is quite common in Europe so not really a problem.
