The hotel was really nice.

The wallpaper in the communal areas and style of the hotel was very modern. The hotel felt spacious and the room was very quiet.

The restaurant prices were fairly high. The map on the website to the tram were misleading and would benefit from written directions. The walls in the room were covered in marks.

10Mins away with the (free) sattle bus to the airport.

Location of Hotel is out of the way, you need a car.

The hotel was large with a well staffed lobby snackbar/bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of hot and cold choices. This hotel was a good choice for us as we were going to the Keukenhof Gardens and visiting friends in Heemstede.

No family rooms so we have to have two rooms for a family of four.

Clean and confortable.... But for a business traveler. It's close to the airport but in a quiet area. Nice walk paths and parks around to enjoy.

The staf were a bit rude and dry in their conduct. The tv has basic channels and the rest you have to pay for. The hotel is very far from Amsterdam center. The closest tram is 15min walk; and in temperatures just hovering around zero, that is a mighty long walk. I would find this hotel to be perfect if I was on a business trip.

Perfect for drive and fly. We left our car for over weekend and it was safe. Left extra luggage, too. Room was small but crisp sheets and co for table bed. Staff was very helpful. Wifi was very slow!

I like the free shuttle to airport. It was very quiet.

The tram is 15-20 min. walk from the hotel, but long enough in the cold. The walk was over a canal down a path that could be scary at night if alone.

Great hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast can´t hardly get any better. Big room with very comferteble bed. Free internet.

Location. Next atm is Schiphol airport. Not mutch information about surrounding area.

I really did appreciate all the girls at the reception: they all have always try to meet the customers' needs.i

But I didn't like the very arrogant and not educated at all man which was working at the reception during the night, Hicham.

Airport transfer minibus good service; very professional and friendly driver. Staff at hotel very friendly as well. Quick and smooth. Room clean and sufficient. Great value for money.

One of the walls in the room desperately needed painting and the room service menu wasn't in the room - very minor details that could be improved :)
