the hotel has a suprerb central location.5 mins walk from cenral station.there is a tram line right ouside the hotel and shops and restaraunts are within easy reach. it is a small gripe but the room was quite compact as are most in central amsterdam |

Very central and good restaurant Rooms and baths very small (even there are better rooms but you don't know wich type of room you receive at reception). Why this hotel are 4 star? Maybe the restaurant but the hotel 2+? And a very noisy air conditiong system (even closed) |

Excellent location,staff welcoming,room adequate.An excellent restaurant serving national cuisine.Tram stop right outside the hotel. No not really.Room needed a bit more drawer space and redecorating. |

Amazing location in the city center, good restaurant (only ate lunch there), helpful staff, great rooms on floor 5 (where my parents stayed) - double the size of a normal one We were put into a very smelly smoking room despite indicating the non-smoking preference upon booking. Upon leaving we were presented with a bill for a breakfast which we did not eat |

hotel is very convenient for all the attractions,no need for taxis or trams.Staff are very helpful. room was facing a brick wall which made it very dark also glass door on the bathroom |

Excellent English, smiling staff, always answered in the affirmative eg. could I leave a case, might I have more tea and coffee sachets. Like the entrance security - never had to wait for more than seconds for service. Pleased to be able to get single room. No. I am in my sixties and take a lot of city breaks and the location, facilities and staff measured up to the best I had previously enjoyed. Particularly the staff. |

What I most liked was the very central location Despite the fact that everything looked new, some itms never seemed to work ok (tv remote, internet...) |

Location is quite good with an easy and fast access from train station / metro. Quite within city centre. Room flooring is worn, would prefer parket |

very easy to find, practically on dam square, staff very friendly & helpful although we asked for a smoking room we did not think the room would smell so bad, also view from the room was not good, a brick wall from the adjacent building ! |

Very central, clean hotel. Efficient helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast. Quite quiet rooms - good soundproofing. Bar lacked atmosphere. |

Friendly, clean very security concis, which is very valuable to all who stay. Would go back again. Only problem we found is that the rooms have mini bars and they wanted a 75 euro deposit, I have no problems with this but it should be mentioned on yor site or with the Hotel info. |

only good thing is the location,on the center first of all they should change the category from 4 stars ,to 2 superior.and then since they are operating in winter ,they should defently fix the heating matter, |
