Good location Valet parking was convinient

Prices, first night 106 € second 199€ third and fourth night 275€ is that a good way of having customers staying long? Who designed the glass door into the toilet in the room? Same guy that came up with the red light district window shopping? Very small rooms for a 4 star hotel and two big north european people Coming back to prices for 275€ it's a bad value for money, for 106 and 199 it is OK due to location. I will most likely not use the hotel again for the above reasons and I will visit Amsterdam very regular. But then I'm a crumpy old man

Good location in the city centrum. "Old style" - real old building in Amsterdam

Ther is no heatin system in room. I visited Amstedam in the end of January, begginng Feb. The weather was really cold (6-8 degrees below zere at night). Only air conditioning system is used for room heating, it is not enough. There is not comfortable. I would not recommend to stay there in winter.

Cleanliness of hotel mainly the halls: corridors are smelly, carpet need to be washed coz they are full of old smell Rooms are small no space comparing the same type of room at other hotel

i loved the location: it was very central, especially near the train station for ease of access, yet you felt that you were in the centre of things. the christmas lights in amsterdam were amazing and were visible from the hotel. the staff were lovely and very co-operative. we had a wonderful corner room and it was a good size,warm, comfortable, and clean.

Location close to the Dam square.

Rooms are very Small and Furniture is old , also the hotel have only one Elevator which Cause a long time Waiting . Moreover some of staff are not helping at all .

Central location superior room very nyce and comfortable , smiling staff

My superior room was very nice - but - was on first floor and could not open window - I saw just pipes (aircon)?

Room was comfortable and the bathroom was compact but very nicely fitted out. Great central location.

A bit expensive

Too expensive! Very good, but yet, too expensive.

The room was rather comfortable and spacious,however we had to pay an axtra charge of EUR25 per day as we originally booked a standard room which was very small and gloomy, and we then change to a superior room

we did not try the breakfast as the EUR15 was rather expensive , and we chose to go to have breakfast outside. Hotel is very pleasant however we finally thought it quite expensive
