molto pulito e cortese, una sola persona parlava altra lingua oltre l'inglese Il collegamento wifi non funzionava, il collegamento con cavo è molto caro considerato il costo della camera poteva essere gratuito |

Excellent Services from staff in reception and housekeeping Very small room compare to the expensive room rates. Very poor bathroom amenities - we have to ask all the time for simple things such as showercup , toothbrush etc. We expect hotel with 4* category and such high room rates to be able to provide such facilities without guests having to ask. There is also only one very old elevator |

Location very good - conveniently near station, and central Amsterdam. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was dowdy, though clean - and we'd been given a free upgrade on arrival.. It was expensive - given the overall ambience. |
