Ακύρωση

Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 5 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 50,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό την ημέρα κράτησης κι επιστρέφεται.

Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται. Χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.

Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προ-εγκρίνει πιστωτικές κάρτες πριν από την άφιξη.
Το στούντιο αυτό βρίσκεται στο πίσω μέρος ενός τέτοιου κτιρίου, στον πρώτο όροφο και προσφέρει προσωπικό χώρο. Σε αυτή την ζωντανή περιοχή θα απολαύσετε ήσυχες νύχτες καθώς το στούντιο δεν βρίσκεται στο μπροστινό δρόμο, Oudezijds Achterburgwal, ο οποίος οδηγεί απευθείας στη Red Light district. Το βράδυ ο δρόμος και το κανάλι έχουν συνήθως επισκέπτες.
Έχει όμορφο και απλό σχεδιασμό και ανοιχτά χαρούμενα χρώματα.
Πέρα από τις συνήθεις παροχές όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν εστία μαγειρέματος, καφετιέρα και βραστήρα, δίνοντάς σας τη δυνατότητα να ετοιμάσετε ένα απλό γεύμα.
Το παράθυρο ανοίγει σε ένα μικρό αίθριο όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το μεσημεριάτικο ήλιο κάτω από μπαμπού σκίαστρα και να πάρετε το μεσημεριανό σας.
Περιλαμβάνονται σεντόνια, βαμβακερές πετσέτες, σαπούνια και σαμπουάν.
Λουλούδια σας καλωσορίζουν κατά την άφιξή σας.
Το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται μόνο στο αίθριο και όχι μέσα στο στούντιο!
Αν έχετε ιδιαίτερες επιθυμίες, ενημερώστε μας σχετικά ώστε να κάνουμε τη διαμονή σας το δυνατό πιο άνετη.
Το ξενοδοχείο δεν απέχει πολύ από τον Zeedijk, έναν πολυάσχολο, στενό δρόμο όπου υπάρχουν πολλά να δείτε. Η δημοφιλής αυτή περιοχή έχει να επιδείξει ιστορικά μνημεία, καταστήματα, καφέ και μικρά εστιατόρια.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται επίσης πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Nieuwmarkt, με τα πάμπολλα καφέ και την πλούσια ιστορία της, που είναι στενά συνδεδεμένη με τον εβραϊκό πληθυσμό της πόλης.

It's a big room when you think about Amsterdam's other hotels, and it's right in the middle of the city center, 10 mins walk to anywhere one wishes. There are two twin beds and a big dining table in the room, 2 couples or a family with kids can comfortably stay there. Sitting by the window and watching the channel silently is a gift. |

Greta location, very ncie bright studio, very clean - best value for money in city centre. I loved it but it might not be for people that are used to 4* hotels as some people might find it a bit rustic |

Location. Surprisingly quiet and private room, although located in a very noisy neighborhood. Reasonably clean and cozy. Perfect room for unpretentious travelers who don't need luxury accommodations. We did not meet the staff. Although they were quick in answering our phone calls, this was a pretty inconvenient way to communicate. |

The location of the apartment was absolutly perfect. It is right on the cusp of the Red Light district, but we had a room in the back and we didn't hear a sound from the busy street. The room was perfect for a young couple like us, who were just looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in that's centeral to everything. Everything was great! |

Big room in the center of Amsterdam and yet very quiet. Kitchenette with fridge, helpful and friendly host, good restaurant suggestions, very easy-going. Room is a bit dark- however in a city you spend most of the day outside! Beds too soft - however that's probably a question of what you are used to. |

very close to dam square. eventhough it's situated in the red district, it is quite calm in the night. no escalator, quite a challenge with many luggages and baby's stroller. no ironing facility. |

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights with 4 people in two double rooms. We really liked the hotel. The location is super just in the center. Those who look for an adventure then this is a good place because all the bars and red district light are very near. But also at night it is quiet and you can have a good sleep. At day it is just perfect to go to see the sightseeing, parks and the interesting Amsterdam city. The rooms have a kitchen where you can cook when ever you want. I recommend this for everybody who wants to stay in the center of Amsterdam. If it is possible then the first floor double room could use a ventilator at summer. Even if you open the windows then it can be still too warm. |

Very well located, in the heart of Red light district in Amsterdam and inspite of the location, its peaceful and quite in rooms. The rooms are well-sized though ours had a baby cot (we didn't need it). The television has many english channels with a DVD player. The owner (Kitty) is very helpful and super quick in responding to queries. The room requires a makeover - clean and new bedsheets, new and more cooking utensils, new cups and glasses, room should be vacuumed before allocating it to guests, microwave is old and over used and a fan during peak summers will be good. |

Anne's room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights in amsterdam, very comfortable and clean, great location, good facilities including functional kitchen and lovely little enclosed seated area outside. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for good value self catering accomodation in heart of amsterdam. |

We were quite astonished that there were no staff at hotel. Nobody informed us about this. Nobody either answered on the phone. The room was dirty when we arrived, even if somebody cleaned it later. the information given on the websites didn´t gave the real picture about the hotel. |

This was my 6th trip to Amsterdam and two times has stayed in Anne's Room. And I will certainly come here again. Location is perfect for city tripping..
