Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Un chauffage d'appoint serait le bienvenu dans la salle de bain qui est un peu froide et humide. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme e la situation de l'hôtel, à proximité du Dam, dans le quartier rouge, près de tous les endroits à voir à Amsterdam. D'autre part, nous disposions d'une douche, des toilettes et de la cuisine bien équipée. Le lit était grand et confortable. Les propriétaires parlent français, très aimables et sont facilement joignables la veille de l'arrivée. Rien à signaler, c'est vraiment parfait, y compris le chauffage. |

la literie est correcte a l arrivee seul une carte pour indiquer ou etaient les cles de l appartement auccun acceuil pas de menage je suis tres decu d avoir reserve dans un hotel alors qu il sa git de chambres sans aucun personnel |

L'accueil, la salle de bain, le coin cuisine pratiques. Le fait que ce soit central dans la ville, près de la gare. Et que les gay(e)s soient bienvenues. Les lits pas très confortables. |

La vue imprenable sur les quais, la localisation vraiment central de l'appartement par rapport a la ville Pas de petit déjeuné pour un bed and breakfast... Dommage... |

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights with 4 people in two double rooms. We really liked the hotel. The location is super just in the center. Those who look for an adventure then this is a good place because all the bars and red district light are very near. But also at night it is quiet and you can have a good sleep. At day it is just perfect to go to see the sightseeing, parks and the interesting Amsterdam city. The rooms have a kitchen where you can cook when ever you want. I recommend this for everybody who wants to stay in the center of Amsterdam. If it is possible then the first floor double room could use a ventilator at summer. Even if you open the windows then it can be still too warm. |

Very well located, in the heart of Red light district in Amsterdam and inspite of the location, its peaceful and quite in rooms. The rooms are well-sized though ours had a baby cot (we didn't need it). The television has many english channels with a DVD player. The owner (Kitty) is very helpful and super quick in responding to queries. The room requires a makeover - clean and new bedsheets, new and more cooking utensils, new cups and glasses, room should be vacuumed before allocating it to guests, microwave is old and over used and a fan during peak summers will be good. |

Kitty was great and really made me feel that my patronage was welcomed. She made my stay much more enjoyable. The location of the room was excellent, as was the privacy. That I had only 3 days there. |

Anne's room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights in amsterdam, very comfortable and clean, great location, good facilities including functional kitchen and lovely little enclosed seated area outside. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for good value self catering accomodation in heart of amsterdam. |

We were quite astonished that there were no staff at hotel. Nobody informed us about this. Nobody either answered on the phone. The room was dirty when we arrived, even if somebody cleaned it later. the information given on the websites didn´t gave the real picture about the hotel. |

This was my 6th trip to Amsterdam and two times has stayed in Anne's Room. And I will certainly come here again. Location is perfect for city tripping..
