The staff were helpful, the room comfortable, spacious and clean. It was mostly quiet. The breakfast was great. No Internet access point and no free WiFi, really bad artwork in the halls (which were poorly ventilated). No good maps of the surrounding area were available. No reception after 23:00. |

Nice hotel and good breakfast. About 15 mins walk to town centre. Free carparking outside front of hotel. Euro9.50 to watch TV for 16 hours! No channels at all worked unless you paid. All spa and jacuzzi etc you also have to pay extra for. Air conditioning didn't work so was too warm. |

The location was perfect to accomodate my business in the town. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast room was pleasant. The lighting was terrible in the room making it difficult to work. One of the lightbulbs over the room was out and the other lighting were small accent lamps offering insufficient light to read. No hairdryer in room either which meant that I had to go to lobby with wet hair to ask for it. |

Dining room is convenient as hotel is not in town centre. Meals were of a good standard. Hotel room was very spacious but very old-fashioned. |

The localisation is good, not too far from the center. Employees are nice. There is a good jacusi, sauna, hamam, solarium but not free. The jacusi, sauna, hamam, solarium are not free (17.50 €/pers.) and it's not written on the website. The room are not exceptionnal but correct for the price. |

het ontbijt was perfect, goed uitgebreid en zelfs als je wat later kwam was er van alles nog.de badkamer was heerlijk ruim. ik heb tot 2 keer toe een schone handoek uitgevouwen om te gebruiken met daarin een groot gat. |

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Kamer was erg verouderd, schimmelplekken in de badkamer. Er moet worden betaald voor een aantal 'gewone' tv zenders als RTL 5, 7 ed. |

2 losse bedden, mijn voorkeur heeft 'n eenpersoonsbed 160 of 180cm breed. Miste badlaken voor als je uit het bad komt. Huidige handdoeken waren te klein naar mijn mening. |

Het hotel is goed gelegen en gemakkelijk te vinden, het personeel was vriendelijk, en de kamer correct. Het hotel wordt helaas al eens bezocht door slecht opgevoede mensen die het na middernacht nog nodig vinden om op de gang nog iets te zeggen. Door de slechte geluidisolatie wordt je daar van wakker. |

de lift stonk ontiegelijk! echt onpasselijk. daarbij vond ik het niet echt klantvriendelijk om een vergoeding te vragen voor de auto op het parkeerterrein. Doe dan dat bedrag op de kamerprijs en vermeld het erbij dat bewaakt parkeren gratis is! daarbij zou het hotel een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken. |

De kamer was op zich positief, voldoende ruim en prima badkamer. Verder was het ontbijt van prima kwaliteit. Wij zijn voor aankomst in het hotel naar Thermen centrum De Veluwse Bron geweest alwaar wij van een heerlijke ontspanning inclusief massage hebben genoten. Helaas waren het bed en de kussens in het hotel van een zeer slechte kwaliteit waardoor we de volgende dag gebroken en volop last van onze nek wakker werden. De kussens waren groot, dik en gevuld met een vlok achtige inhoud wat zeer onprettig lag. Bij de receptie gevraagd om andere kussens maar die bleken ze niet te hebben (alleen dezelfde ondingen). Volgende nacht wederom erg slecht geslapen. Verder diende er voor de in het hotel aanwezige thermen faciliteiten 10 euro p.p. per uur betaald te worden. Dit vind ik erg veel in vergelijking met de grotere thermencentra a 27 euro p.p. per dag |
