Good location, nice area, clean and fresh. Bed comfortable. En suite had decent size bath. Free wired internet in room was useful. Wardrobe contained only hanging space, there were no drawers. Internet tv kept going out of sync. The air con didn't blow very cold leaving the room warmer than I like, but no warmer than is the norm. |

The desk staff were exceptional, they helped us with planning routes around the local area on multiple occasions and made excellent recomendations for local restaurants, Some of the best customer service i've experienced |

Pleasant welcome; comfortable, modern bedroom; 'Opening offer' very good value. Not sure why you'd need to visit Almere town centre, but hotel is very convenient for it. Apart from reception few staff in evidence. Parking was a hassle when we arrived in evening. 'Opening offer' was good value, but hotel needs quite a lot of staff training. In theory buffet breakfast was good, but many tables not cleared and the 'hot' breakfast items were nearly cold making breakfast disappointing. |

Special "opening price" of 60 euro/room, bathtub, buffet breakfast, TV with a lot of programs and films. Free wireless internet. The beds are wheeled and move when one sits there. The TV is mounted in the wall and therefore can be watched only from the bed. There's no information about hotel's services in the room. The windows are too high situated - nothing is seen from there. Breakfast were served and the tables were cleaned by just one girl - she didn't manage to do everything. And more. |

Nice hotel, great decor - very stylish. Comfortable beds (much appreciated!). Hotel was only just finished... with quite a few small items not quite complete (lots of wires hanging out walls and the like). However, that wasn't really a problem (and they had warned me before arrival). Light switches were a little confusing in the room (switched things on/off that one might not expect). Internet in room wasn't quite up and running - and only a wired connection is proposed? Wireless would be better. TV menu was fiddly and selection not great (no BBC1/2 !). Movie channel - great idea - but sound was 'limited' so I couldn't hear anything quieter than shouting (odd as TV was ok) |

rooms were excellent condition (it was a brand new hotel). Staff were very friendly.. Nice location, close to a number of restaurants. Lift numbers did not correspond to room numbers. Bar which was supposed to be open until midnight, would not serve at 2230 because it was 'too quiet' to stay open. Wiring in rooms appeared incorrect. (switch at right hand side of bed switched off light at left hand side of bed. The scrambelled egg was 'strange'. No drawer space for clothes, which was surprising for 4* hotel. |

Er was maar 1 kamer geboekt terwijl ik er bij booking 2 geboekt had en toen ook nog beweren dat ik het niet goed geboekt had! Mijn compaan heeft behoorlijk stennens meoten schoppen om de tweede kamer te bekomen. |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels Hotelbar konnte keine Coctails ausgeben,Das Preisleistungsverhältnis beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht in Ordnung,Das Personal mußte aufgefordert werden ,die vorhandenen Kerzen anzuzünden,Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten waren stark eingeschränkt;Lage und Ausblick des Zimmers war nicht schön. |
