Location and price Registration staff, although requested, did not credit my mileage programme. This has happened before. |

I like the location and the breakfast (food). I didn't like the fact that during the breakfast the waiters tried to remove my plates 3 times just to make me hurry in spite of my remarks. For the price one expect some none stained/broken mirror in the bathroom. |

The environment and room views (if you stay in a room with views to the canals). Breakfast is good, although the few employees have difficult to perform a good service. Staff and room cleanliness is good. Good value for the money. Room is a little old, specially the bathroom. If not included breakfast is expensive. No free wireless internet (between 10e for an hour to 22e for a whole day). A little far from city center (no bus/tram stop "in front" of the hotel, and taxi is +- 8-10e). |

The location and the look of the hotel was nice. The service was abominable and the main reason I wouldnt stay again..apart from the fact the air conditioning didnt work and no alternative arrangemetn was found |

The room was a new renovated one, therefore nice, but the bathroom was not renovated and therefore quite old. Airconditioning in the hall, by the elevators not working. the gym is a bad joke, (it would be more honest just to say there is no gym). |

I am a regular visitor at this hotel and overall I am very pleased with it, staff are very courteous and helpful. I keep saying it but nothing ever gets done about it. The breakfast is far too expensive and secondly the service in the lounge at evening times is slow. Otherwise fantastic. |

A nice hotel in a good location with a lovely view over the canals from the downstairs foyer/bars.Also there was reasonably secure bike parking which is important in Amsterdam The bed was terribly soft,it had no support and it was banana shaped. As a result I had two awful nights with little sleep. Actually, I had seen previous comments re uncomfortably soft beds in this hotel but I had dismissed them--that was my big mistake! |

Close to the center of the Amsterdam. You could walk about half an hour to get to the center and about 10 min. walk to the RAI center. |

Location - close to tram station. The toilet did not flush when we checked in and called to be fixed. When we return to our room at night, no one showed up to fix it, so we had to switch our room. |

The bed was amazing - very comfortable. Hotel is quite a way from the centre of the city. It is in a nice spot on a canal, very quiet. I didn't realise how far out of the city the hotel was. |
