O lugar e lindo bom para quem chega de carro em Amsterdan,mas e um pouco fora do centro turistico.

Sim,tudo é cobrado ,internet,quarto voltado para o lago,

I liked the decor and gym facilities the bed and pillows are amazing.

I didnt like the way my card was charged for thongs i didnt use it was cleared up eventually but if i hadnt called my bank i might never have known.

Comfortable room, with very nice view on the canal. The breakfast room, with view as well. Convenient location to the RAI.

The price of room, much too expensive. The fact that they wanted to charge me a rate 55Eur higher than the rate I had when booking. The price of breakfast, with no other choice than to have the full buffet (continental bkfast only with room service). Lack of products in the bathroom : no shampoo because "they were out of shampoo" (got it in the evening), and kleenex box empty (I had to call reception twice before getting a new box) ; When paying 280Eur a room, I really expected better services!. There is cafe machine in the room, but does not work for making tea. Costly internet in the business center.

cleanliness and good value for money

Very helpful and friendly staff at all times. Interior of lobby is very tasteful and stylish. Smoking lounge is a good example of attemps to accomodate all guests. Location is also excellent. gimnasium well equipped and clean.

Small things like refills of coffee, cups and tissues not done in full daily. Carpets in passages to rooms dirty-it does not reflect nicely on the hotel's image. Rooms were not serviced on a specific day until 18h00-after we complained.

Wonderful room at a very reasonable condition

While I was still in the room, the renovation made terrible noises. Aircondition was not properly functioning or I did not operate correctly. So I spent a very cold night.

Quiet and pleasant hotel. I stayed for the second time in this hotel, and I gave for it free internet access. It was very nice. At this time I stayed in the room Executive Room with Canal View., And this time nobody no hint about the deposit, like last time. Very friendly staff.

I think the room size was less than 32 sq M. Restaurant closes early, but cook it very well.

Modern, comfortable and good value. A nice selection of shops and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance + tram connection to city centre.

Wifi is expensive- should be free.

Staff was not knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Staff was not proactive or helpful for event reservations. They told me the show I was trying to see was not available. I called directly and was able to procure a pair of tickets with no issues. Carpet in guest room was fraying and crumpled, easy to trip over. Bed did not have a fitted sheet, just flat sheet, which made it impossible for the sheet to remain in place.

Very nice room and environment.

Staff speak excellent English and are very courteous. Hotel was in a good location for us. Good price. Clean, pleasant, nice areas for dining. Bikes for rent. The facility to store baggage before and after was useful.

Staff could be more responsive to guests problems and show more initiative to get them solved efficiently. Breakfast is outrageously expensive so we didn't bother. No explanation for a small charge on my credit card afterwards.
