I had some problems in getting internet connection help I got from front desk was exceptional. Overall I think I got the most friendly treatment in many yearsI highly recommend this hotel for any visitor It is centrally located waliking distance to the rail station Next door is excellent restaurant "Claudius" first class Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent staff...especially Elsa....Great bed and bathroom. Upon arrival, I was told I had no reservation!!! I made this online February 6th. What happened to my reservation?????They had one room left only because the friends we were seeing in Nijmegen had called the hotel and they were also told we did not have a reservation!!! They had one room left because of our friends' phone call and it was on the top floor!!! I have a knee problem and had cortisone shots prior to leaving the U.S. Walking up to the third floor caused me considerable difficulty and my husband had to bring me breakfast on two mornings since I could not go up and down twice. I also wish they had offered fruit as an option for breakfast.

Mooie kamers en attente ontvangst. Alles was prima in orde. Lokatie in hartje Nijmegen en ondanks drukke uitgaansavond (Koninginnedag) toch rustige kamer. Jammer dat er geen eigen ruimte was om onze fietsen te stallen. Deze moesten we in een openbare stalling plaatsen (overigens tegenover het hotel) die ''s nachts wel was afgesloten (hek) maar niet bewaakt.

Hotel heeft totaal geen last van poeha, de bedden (gescheiden) zijn uitstekend, de badkamerfaciliteiten adequaat en smaakvol, gratis wifi, locatie op loopafstand van station ns en midden in winkelcentrum, toch rustig (V.W.B. kamer gelegen aan zij- en achterzijde). Ontbijt is adequaat. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend.

Perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip Receptie en ontbijtruimte erg klein. Ontbijt op zich goed, maar beperkt. Geen enkele afwisseling (3 nachten geweest). Heel erg vervelend dat er tijdens het ontbijten, zodra er iemand langsloopt, de toegangsdeur weer losgaat. Misschien zomers geen probleem maar was nu erg koud.

“Our room was clean, confortable and nicely furnished. En-suite wet room was small but perfectly formed. Location was brilliant. The staff in Bagels & Beans (the connected cafe) were friendly, relaxed and welcoming. We could come and go as we pleased and breakfast the next day was a continential breakfast, naturally based around bagels! Would highly recommend this B&B for value for money, especially to those who those who like chilled out, friendly places with a bit of charachter. There is even a spa downstairs but unfortunately we did not have time to check it out. Definately going back!” Penelope, York |
