Apollo Hotel  

Location was great, easy access to the city center and station. Stuff was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Expecially the bathroom was so clean.

No elevator, no parking in front of hotel so had to find public parking and walk to hotel, which is not nice if you have a lot of luggage.

I like location - easy and quick to find even by car. Almost at the center of town. Staff were very nice and attentive. Nice breakfast was included in a price - not a big one, but well and good enough. Very good mattresses in the room! Bathroom was also good and modern.

Car park. Be ready to pay 2,45 euro for an hour of parking! And there is almost no place to park close to the hotel. I spend about 30 min driving around and looking for parking in the streets. There is underground parking near by but signs are not visible enough. Later I paid more than 20 euros for this parking and on the way out from parking I found that on Sunday exit was free of charge! In a morning I felt quite strong smell of coal smoke(probably from fireplaces of the nearest houses). I checked a window and found that it was not properly fixed to the wall, having a gap. May be only my room had this problem. Time for check out from 10 to 11 does not meet my requirements. No possibility for late check out. On weekend everything is closed that time. After check out I had to walk about an hour around empty streets before one of the restaurants opened at 12 o'clock and I got possibility to take a cap of tea.

The very best was the service, they were super service minded!

The hotel was small and friendly and very convenient for the town centre, the Bus and Train Station. It was also not noisy considering it's position near the centre.

It suited me but facilities like a lounge or bar or restaurant were not available. Without cooking facilities the breakfasts had to be basically cold so breads and meat and cheese, cereal etc and no items like scrambled egg, bacon, sausage.

A very good location near the train station and the center of Nijmegen. A sufficiently spacious room, a good breakfast.

I would thoroughly recommend the Apollo Hotel. The room was cclean and comfortable, bathroom very high quality and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I especially commend the hotel staff who are unfailingly charming and helpful. I will use this hotel again wehn visiting Nijmegen.

The location was brilliant and the breakfast every morning made it so much easier. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent rooms, good breakfast, excellent location.

The rooms have been recently renovated so the place is bright and cheery. Our room had a door that opened onto a flat roof, so we could get fresh air. Despite being right on the pedestrian street, where everyone cheered the World Cup games on big screens at the pubs outside, the room itself was very quiet. Good light-darkening curtains, too, meant that we slept well and recovered from jetlag quickly. Lovely staff, nice breakfast.

No restaurant

Fantastic location in the heart of Nijmegen. Close to shopping, restaurants and city centre. Room and bathroom were updated and spacious. Hotel staff most helpful. Great breakfast included as well as complimentary beverages upon check-in.

Hospitable, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Pleasant breakfast area and menu. They accomodated our request for lower-floor, off-street room and for special billing form. Staff were very helpful in giving advice and directions regarding Nijmegen. Highly recommended.
