Excellent towels every morning, very good w-lan connection in the room

The bathroom ventilation was out of order, no bed side lamp, but bot was repaired immediately after complaining. VERY small room, no cupboard.No safe, as promised in the description The heating and warm water collapsed one day in the whole annex, although reported at 16:00 the problem was not solved until the next day, a rather cold night in the room was followed by washing with cold water. The managment was not ready to pay any reembursement for this night, not their policy. The reception staff was very friendly, the manager lacked of client orientation.

The apartment was spacious with good under floor heating and good facilities.

We did not like the fact that we had a good 5min walk from main hotel to apartment, and if we opted to have breakfast we would have had to walk back to the hotel every morning early to have this. Also we would have liked to have had a toaster.

The rooms are nicely decorated and it is very close to the beach and boulevard.

They charge 10 euro per hour if you want to check out later then check out time. We arrived in the middle of the night and the porter did our check in and paid for the night in advance. However the next morning when me and later on my partner passed by, they kept on harassing us that we did not paid or bill. The receptionist was quite unfriendly about it and treated us as if we did not pay..later on when we checked out we had to show the bill and things were sorted...but the way they went about it was really very customer unfriendly. I guess for the price you pay, they are maybe used to a certain clientele who run off without paying?

I liked the arrangement of the room, the walls next to the bed made it really cosy. Also the location, cross one street and you're on the beach! The morning after you wake up to a royal breakfast and a happy staff.

There was a bit of trouble with the noise, other guests were very loud and the fact that you could hear people showering in other rooms was a downside as well but then again I guess that was what the earplugs were for.

The rooms were pretty good. The bath was okay.

The roomservice was to early. The beds were not that comfortable

It was conveniently situated for visiting our friends & the beach

The bathroom was smelly as the air vent was not on & didn't work. It was very noisy & the room was very dark - the colour scheme was so dark in the lower room with a small window it made the room very gloomy.

Very closet to the beach of Scheveningen. I like to blank and white style in my room.

The stairs are a little bit complicated, so it may cause some problem if you have a big or heavy luggage.

Liked the friendly atmosphere on arrival, and breakfast. Comfortable room.

The room was clean. The tram is just outside the door. The decor is nice.

The staff was not very friendly. Prices are a litlle bit high.

Location - not far from the seaside, extremely close to tram stops. However, it is a tad far from The Hague hs (15 min with the tram). Clean room, modern bathroom. Helpful staff with a great grasp of English.

Being far from reception, having to walk to the breakfast room. Bed quilt was too thin, and it was quite cold at night despite all windows being shut.

The room was clean and with sufficient space, and also quiet. I recommend this hotel. The employee are pleasant.

The location of the reception is not in the same location of our room, and they have no car park.

The staff is very friendly and helpful

The smell in the bathrooms - very musty - there's got to be a problem with the drains (riool?) very unpleasant all the time during our stay Pitty parking is away from the hotel and at the time of the booking I missed that option which meant parking became a big issue staying at Bella Vist if you have not got a booked parking spot
