The location was excellent.and the facilities in the room were very good. The room was adequate in decor and spotlessly clean. We were not allowed to go to our room until we had paid in full. Our room had a very low ceiling and a window which did not open sufficiently to allow in air during the night. It was a warm night and we did not sleep well - there were plastic covers on the mattesses and in the absence of air conditioning of any kind, we had an uncomfortable night. |

Acceptable breakfast, decent room, hotel close to the city center. I had to pay in advance despite I gave a credit card number as a guarantee and I booked through booking. This was not indicated in the booking presentation of the hotel. |

The management was very accomodating in moving us to another room when there was a noise problem. (Noise problem was not the fault of the hotel.) Very nice breakfast. Cetrally located. plastic matress pads |

A quiet comfortable large room in the middle of a small city. Nice views of the rooftops from the room. Screens on the windows. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a secure place to store bicycles. Steep stairs. Paying for secure storage for bicycles. |

Hotel is nice and silent. Just a short walk into the city center. There is no parking for cars. You have to be lucky to find a spot to park. |

table tennis!! Coming along with a confortable spacious apartment and all apliances. A bit old style and if you have an apartment beware that you take towels with you and food for breakfast, 'cause they're not included in the price! |

Lage ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer. Moderner Ausbau mit neuer Lobby und Rezeption ist kurz vor der Fertigstellung. Etwas verschachtelte Aufteilung der beiden Trakte (Driebaanen*** /(SuyderSee*****), wird sich aber zukünftig durch die neue Rezeption verbessern. |

Prima personeel, kamer schoon, goede ligging. Kamer nogal klein en wat slordig afgewerkt. Prijs hoog voor wat je krijgt. |

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet; die Betten bequem, man konnte gut schlafen; und nachts war es sehr ruhig; schöner Frühstücksraum; gute Lage des Hotels Sehr steile Treppen; sehr mühselig mit schwerer Tasche dort hoch und runter zu kommen;kein Aufzug von der Rezeption aus (nur ab Frühstücksraum); für ältere, gehbehinderte Menschen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen; kaputte Steckdosen; manche funktionierten gar nicht; Terassentür ging nicht zu öffnen, man mußte durch das Fenster steigen |

Sehr ruhige Lage an einem kleinen Kanal, wenige Meter zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften, 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und Hafen, Zimmer in Ordnung, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Terrasse und Garten vorhanden, nettes Personal Das"Styling" des Zimmers erinnert an die 60er-Jahre - einfach nicht mein Geschmack |

Tres bonne localite a proximite du centre ville, tbon accueil , chambres proprettes, on a l'impression de deja vu, d'etre d'etre quasiment chez soi ! Il faisait chaud , pas d'air conditionne, mais ceci est fort comprehensible. |

Zimmer war sauber, in gutem Zustand. Hotel insgesamt sehr ruhig bezüglich der Lage, aber auch im Hotel selbst. Frühstück gut in Auswahl und sehr schnelle, freundliche Bedienung. Außer dem Erstkontakt beim Einchecken, war die Rezeption praktisch immer unbesetzt, kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden, außer beim Frühstück. Enorm steile Treppe, die mit den Koffern bewältigt werden mußte. Sehr verwinkelte Bauweise des Hotels erforderte am ersten Morgen einen Suchlauf nach dem Frühstücksraum. Kaum Parkplätze vorhanden. |

De vriendelijke en spontane manier van behandelen door het personeel.De 4 persoonskamer was ruim, en onderverdeeld in twee aparte slaapkamers. De aanwezigheid van een klein keukentje.Het ontbijt was ruim van assortiment en goed verzorgd. |

Hagelslag bij het ontbijt :). Schone kamer. Parkeerplaats (gratis) werd netjes aangewezen. geen internet, kamers erg gedateerd, ouderwets. Slechte bedden met van die incontinentie matrassen. Veel overbodig meubilair, plastic bloemstukjes in kamers en gangen. En een kluis in de kast die je gewoon mee kon nemen (zat niet vast). |
