I liked the staff (friendly and helpfull) and the location (neighborhood & access to the tram). I did not like two surprises. One - they charged me a 25 euro "tax" when we checked in that I was not expecting and secondly they charged me 9.5 euros per day per person for breakfast that I was not expecting. We chose this hotel, in part, on price and would not have chosen this hotel if we had known about these fees. Failing to disclose these fees is dishonest and for this reason we will not stay there again nor would we recommend the hotel.

It's located near to museum area. The tram station is steps away. It's odour in the room and the carpet was not clean. We stayed 3 nights but there were 2 nights non bathroom mat. The bathroom is small and the floor was easily to get wet while showering.

It had the best pricing within the ansterdam hotels The location was awfully poor, the prices of products sold in the hotel were too high and the hotel should provide rooms that allow customers to smoke.

Great location and helpful staff As mentioned by others, the hotel is tired and could do with a redecoration. However, considering the price and location, you cannot grumble too much

The bed was really comfortable, we had door out to the garden and it was in a great location - meant we got to walk through the park into town everyday Was a little bit noisy at night when people came back to the hotel but our room was beneath the main stairs so no wonder..not that much of a problem though as the bed was so comfy it made up for it!

La colazione. Ottima qualità. Posizione molto comoda.
