Apple Inn Hotel

I hated this hotel, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never go back.

I booked it for 69, got there and it was for 72 euros, it was far from downtown. There was no handsoap in the bathroom, nor soap in the shower. There were no blankets on the bed, so I had to use a towel as a blanket. There was absolutely no water pressure, I midas well not even taken a shower. I requested a 5am wakeup call, but my phone didnt work, so I never got it.

Room was very clean and comfortable...very relaxing stay.

some staff could learn to smile more, no tea making facilaties and late coming to clean room.

The main window facing the street was broken and was not fixed during the 2 days we stayed there. The telephone was also not working. I would expect a prompt fix but....

The loction of the hotel was great, loved the street it was on, very close to vondel park, very easy to get in and out to the cetre of amsterdam by tram or on foot.

Difficult to get bags to the rooms as there are no lifts

Recht gut. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstücks-büffet lecker. Das Zimmer bzw. das ganze Hotel war sauber. Günstige Straßenbahnverbindung.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein für 4 Personen. Im Internet wirkte das 4-Personen-Zimmer wesentlich geräumiger.

Personnel désagréable, chambre pour 2 personnes reconvertie en chambre de 5 en collant les lits les uns aux autres.On nous a accusé d'avoir dégradé la chambre (!!!). Confort minimal. J'hésiterai à y faire dormir mon chien.

Mitarbeiter sehr passiv bis unfreundlich, Bettwäsche hatte braune Flecken, Raum winzig klein aber 4 Betten reingestopft, das Badezimmer als "einfach" zu bezeichnen wäre schon eine Überbewertung. Ich bin schon in mehreren Hotels in Amsterdam geblieben und dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste.

ηταν πολλη ησυχο και η προσβαση στην πολη ευκολη

θα επρεπε να υπαρχουν δωματια για καπνιστες! ενταξει για τους κοινοχρηστους χωρους, μην γινομαστε ομως ρατσιστες!!!!!!

Hotel tranquillo, con fermata del tram vicina ed ottimo per visitare la città.

Purtroppo non sono mai stati ricomposti i letti ed abbiamo trovato la camera come la avevamo lasciata al mattino senza che fosse riordinata
