The main window facing the street was broken and was not fixed during the 2 days we stayed there. The telephone was also not working. I would expect a prompt fix but.... |

The walking-distance to city + very nice service from the staff in the reception and at breakfast The staircases makes it very difficult transporting suitcase etc. to the room |

The loction of the hotel was great, loved the street it was on, very close to vondel park, very easy to get in and out to the cetre of amsterdam by tram or on foot. Difficult to get bags to the rooms as there are no lifts |

Nous avons apprécié le buffet petit-déjeuner. Il faudrait préciser que la navette aéroport-hôtel n'est pas gratuite et d'ailleurs le prix du parcours est élevé. |

At morgenmaden var inkl. og at der var fri adgang til internet. El-kedel på værelset, så man kan lave sig en kop kaffe eller the. TV var meget lille og ydermere sat op under loftet - praktisk taget umuligt at se, når man lå i sengen. Altså større TV! |

Gute Lage! Und gutes Frühstück Bettwäsche war schmutzig! Kein W-Lan zugang im zimmer und auch nur ganz schlecht im Frühstücksaal! Empfang konnte mir kein Kleingeld für den Parkplatz wechseln, wurde in ein anderes Hotel geschickt.Da wir uns am letzten Tag leicht verspätet haben um das zimmer zu verlassen wurden wir nicht nett darauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir schon längst hätten raus sein müssen. |

lo único bueno que hemos tenido en el hotel ha sido el desayuno y que tuviera interned gratis. Una de la camas de la habitación cuádruple era mueble cama y no había manera de meter la sábana para sujetarla, la niña acababa durmiendo sobre el colchón a lo largo de la noche. No facilitaban champú. Las camas no las hacían,no estiraban las sábanas, se limitaban a extender el edredón por encima. Los colchones no eran cómodos, muy blandos y deformados. |

Zeer rustige omgeving. Tijdens het betalen had ik geen zicht op mijn bankpas! Die moest door een medewerker van het hotel door de kaartlezer worden gehaald. Wekt geen vertrouwen. |

Situación del hotel La accesibilidad a las habitaciones (escaleras) para gente mayor imposible, es un poco viejo, no teníamos secador en la habitación triple y era un poco pequeña para tres personas. |
