Hotel tranquillo, con fermata del tram vicina ed ottimo per visitare la città. Purtroppo non sono mai stati ricomposti i letti ed abbiamo trovato la camera come la avevamo lasciata al mattino senza che fosse riordinata |

Confortable beds and a nice little garden just outside the main rooms. The location is also very convenient. The buffet breakfast is very poor and I would say, it all comes straight from the box. The timing for the BB should be until 10 AM and not until 9:30. Hotel staff taking care of breakfast should be more kind to guests and not take breakfast away when guests are trying to serve in a hurry before 9:30... |

When we moved moved out of the cramped room on the second floor (difficult staircases) into a large ground floor room (room no.22) we did get space and a balcony. The night staff and cleaning staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. After leaving this hole we discovered the lovely Park Plaza Vondelpark 50m away. Shabby no chic. Cramped conditions. Unhelpful, non-friendly management want to squeeze every cent out of you. Minimum specs to gain two star status. Avoid this hotel. I can't believe I missed the guest reviews when researching this dump. Beware the booking conditions. We had to pay up front on arrival. Left after two nights - charged for three despite notice. Still waiting for a refund one week later. We left for the similarly priced and vastly superior Park Plaza Vondelpark 50m away. That is a very good hotel. Apple Inn is appalling. |

The location was convenient. The rates were outrageously high for what we got, was shocked to learn that breakfast was not included in our exorbitant rate. Tiny room, the tiniest bathroom I have even been in in my life. Very noisy - was awakened both nights by revelers in the hotel. They did not have a second room key for us - what???? Never again will I stay here. Never will I recommend this hotel for anyone. |

I hated this hotel, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never go back. I booked it for 69, got there and it was for 72 euros, it was far from downtown. There was no handsoap in the bathroom, nor soap in the shower. There were no blankets on the bed, so I had to use a towel as a blanket. There was absolutely no water pressure, I midas well not even taken a shower. I requested a 5am wakeup call, but my phone didnt work, so I never got it. |

This hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. There was a large sign in the reception area threatening a 300€ fine if one smoked in the hotel, yet the lobby and room smelled like smoke. The room was very shabby with a strange decor of doors attached to the wall as paneling with no finish work or painting. |

Er stonden 3 bedden in de 4-persoonskamer die we geboekt en betaald hebben. Hier is een stretch-bed aan toegevoegd; een van ons heeft hier een slechte nachtrust op gehad! Het personeel verklaarde dit als 'het is maar een 2 sterrenhotel'. Bij een 4-persoonskamer mag je toch 4 bedden verwachten...? |

- Let op: 2 persoonskamers zijn bij Apple In kamers met 2 aparte bedden. Wij hadden expliciet gevraagd achter een dubbel bed, maar bij aankomst bleken het 2 aparte bedden te zijn. Het personeel gaf ons jammergenoeg geen nieuwe kamer. |

７・５ユーロの朝食は、高すぎず満足。でもすでに代金にインクルーズされてても良いと思う。 部屋にベッドを無理矢理入れ込んだファミリールーム。スーツケースを広げる場所がなくて困った。 排水口の匂いがきつくて洗面所（風呂、トイレ）に入るのがためらわれた。 |

Recht gut. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstücks-büffet lecker. Das Zimmer bzw. das ganze Hotel war sauber. Günstige Straßenbahnverbindung. Das Zimmer war extrem klein für 4 Personen. Im Internet wirkte das 4-Personen-Zimmer wesentlich geräumiger. |

Rien Personnel désagréable, chambre pour 2 personnes reconvertie en chambre de 5 en collant les lits les uns aux autres.On nous a accusé d'avoir dégradé la chambre (!!!). Confort minimal. J'hésiterai à y faire dormir mon chien. |

das hotel liegt in einem ssehr chönen stadtteil von amsterdam und direkt an der straßenbahn. der service ist eine katastrophe sowie auch die sauberkeit und das badezimmer. preis-/leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht! |

Mitarbeiter sehr passiv bis unfreundlich, Bettwäsche hatte braune Flecken, Raum winzig klein aber 4 Betten reingestopft, das Badezimmer als "einfach" zu bezeichnen wäre schon eine Überbewertung. Ich bin schon in mehreren Hotels in Amsterdam geblieben und dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste. |
