The location and the breakfast (big buffet: super!) Cleanliness of the room...fug, noise , We had 3 wake up call at 7.00, 8.00 and 9.00 on Sunday morning (we didn't asked for it!!!!) never again! |

Decor but apart from that there was precious little else to like about the place. Lifts very terribly slow, one person on the check in desk despite there being 2 staff members behind the counter, the same when checking out. |

- good arrangement for taxi transport to the city - towels were missing, we had to wait for almost half an hour before they were delivered to the room - it is too warm in the hotel and in the room - the breakfast is too expensive (we went out for for breakfast) - the parking fee is too expensive (you can park 200m further down the road for free) |

Nothing at all...the staff were just like wooden puppets, no warmth ,certainly not friendly...talking to a lampost would have been a better experience. The food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever had in an establishment of this stature...I returned my meal unpaid...I will never stay in this hotel again |

The distance to the city Maastricht, I could take a taxi for only €8,= but I choose to walk because the weather was fine and it cost me only 15 minutes. Comparing hotels in the city whit this hotel nearby the city was this hotel per room much cheaper and the longer distance not a problem at all. And what i like most of all.....the free apples at the reception!! |

liked the interior and spaceof the reception and rooms. the breakfast was a hassle, to many people, poor service and refilling of food. Coffe machine had to wait for 15 min to get coffee, definitely not recomendable to other people. |

the hotel is not in the city centre and the buses run every half an hour and a taxi costs from EUR8-12 to get to this centre, this was rather inconvenient, given the price of the hotel. |

`wij komen in dit hotel al een paar jaar altijd in januari vinden het een goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel jammer dat het hotel je niet meer met een busje naar het centrum brengt wij moesten heen en terug best lang wachten op een taxi |
