The location and the breakfast (big buffet: super!) Cleanliness of the room...fug, noise , We had 3 wake up call at 7.00, 8.00 and 9.00 on Sunday morning (we didn't asked for it!!!!) never again! |

Decor but apart from that there was precious little else to like about the place. Lifts very terribly slow, one person on the check in desk despite there being 2 staff members behind the counter, the same when checking out. |

- good arrangement for taxi transport to the city - towels were missing, we had to wait for almost half an hour before they were delivered to the room - it is too warm in the hotel and in the room - the breakfast is too expensive (we went out for for breakfast) - the parking fee is too expensive (you can park 200m further down the road for free) |

Nothing at all...the staff were just like wooden puppets, no warmth ,certainly not friendly...talking to a lampost would have been a better experience. The food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever had in an establishment of this stature...I returned my meal unpaid...I will never stay in this hotel again |

The distance to the city Maastricht, I could take a taxi for only €8,= but I choose to walk because the weather was fine and it cost me only 15 minutes. Comparing hotels in the city whit this hotel nearby the city was this hotel per room much cheaper and the longer distance not a problem at all. And what i like most of all.....the free apples at the reception!! |

liked the interior and spaceof the reception and rooms. the breakfast was a hassle, to many people, poor service and refilling of food. Coffe machine had to wait for 15 min to get coffee, definitely not recomendable to other people. |

the hotel is not in the city centre and the buses run every half an hour and a taxi costs from EUR8-12 to get to this centre, this was rather inconvenient, given the price of the hotel. |

Super deluxe kamer gehad,mooie badkamer en een heerlijk comfortabel bed,prachtig uitzicht op een park.Fantastisch ontbijt. Jammer dat er niets in de minibar zat voor zo'n luxe kamer, maar dat zal er mee te maken hebben gehad dat er roomservice was, waar we overigens geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. |

Het is een kwalitatief goed en modern hotel. Ruim opgezet met ook ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de nabijheid (betaald direct bij hotel en vlak bij openbaar) Het restaurant was (te) sober. Van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht ik meer uitstraling (sfeer etc) en aanbod qua keuken. Er was bijvoorbeeld maar een soort rode wijn te krijgen en de gerechten, opmaak tafels etc, waren wel erg "eenvoudig". Het eten op zich was trouwens best redelijk en de prijs- kwaliteit was wel weer goed. |

De kamer was schoon Geen mogelijkheid om rond 17.00 te dineren, terwijl ik 's avonds moest werken. Kreeg een kaal broodje voor teveel geld. Geen minibar. |

Ondanks dat het hotel niet midden in het centrum ligt ben je overal toch dichtbij. Binnen 10 minuten sta je met een taxi op het Vrijthof. Het hotel ligt bij uitvalswegen, dus je zit ook snel op de weg richting Valkenburg. Wij zijn nu voor het 3e jaar in dit hotel geweest en wij vonden de kamers een beetje smoezelig geworden. |
