Hotel ARA  

Nice, modern and clean spacey room with good size bathroom and terrace. Great swimming pool which my kids really enjoyed. Excellent breakfast. He restaurant is good quality with gourmet meals and deserts. Friendly and professional staff. Full satisfaction for both me and my 6y and 8y kids. Will come back!

Rooms well kept, breakfast excellent.

Only the location, well out of the way of anything and quiet, which suited myself, as I was there on business and needed to relax on a night. If you dont have a car its not the place for you.

Lovely spacious hotel, fabulous spacious rooms, excellent food varied menu (even had a special game section), friendly attentive staff, pleasant bar, spa/pool was very clean and comfortable, price was extremey faviourable..All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience, I was able to use the pool area as I didn't have to leave until 5pm even though i'd checked out...Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even though there was a function that meant the restaurant was completely full, it didn't effect the service in any way.

I want that I cant belive for how it was this hotel,,i did choce this hotel for how is relax ,but when I come there ,I did see more good things,,as how the stuff do help me specialy in reception,,and how all thing is very clean and realx,,,i did realy enjoy much in your hotel,,and I promies next time im in holland I well come only in this hotel,,i wish all the stuff there all the best,,,

there was a problem with the online booking, it didn't go through to the hotel straight away so paperwork had to be emailed etc, but the staff dealt with it well.

no fridg to cool food in the room

Good hotel in a very pleasant location by the river. Food in the restaurant was good, but I would have liked a bit wider selection of hot food for breakfast. Standard fare was chicken sausages, tomato with cheese, mushrooms, baked beans and a hard-boiled egg. Reception staff were very helpful.

We liked a number of things about the ara. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely view of the river and the barges. When we decided to stay for a third night, they kindly arranged for us to keep the same room and gave us the same rate which was very reasonable. We rented very good quality bikes from the hotel and the location was perfect for cycling in the countryside.

Nice area, not close to city centre but within drivable distance. Very nice design, good breakfast, adequate dinner. Polite staff, free parking, big rooms, nice bathroom.

Should provide better wifi services, without cost, and a descent table with power socket for business travellers.

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area alongside the river Maas. Miles of cycle and foot paths right outside the door (you can hire bikes at the hotel), but it is not far from the motorways. Dordrecht is near, lovely old town, you can take the ferry across from Zwijndrecht. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, especially with river view, worth the extra money. The restaurant is good, excellent buffet breakfast and you can eat outside on the terras when the weather is good. We have stayed in the hotel 3x now and we will be back.
