The personnel was really friendly, the room was luxury and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing, not just the food was good but the personnel was again very friendly. The bathroom is a bit noisy, not much privacy. And the bar was all cleaned up before closing time, but finally the friendly waiter offered us a drink so our stay was great!!

Excellent staff, good food, big clean modern rooms and a general feeling of airiness in the public areas with lots of windows and views across the wetlands. Superb place to relax after a day's work.

Lovely spacious hotel, fabulous spacious rooms, excellent food varied menu (even had a special game section), friendly attentive staff, pleasant bar, spa/pool was very clean and comfortable, price was extremey faviourable..All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience, I was able to use the pool area as I didn't have to leave until 5pm even though i'd checked out...Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even though there was a function that meant the restaurant was completely full, it didn't effect the service in any way.

I want that I cant belive for how it was this hotel,,i did choce this hotel for how is relax ,but when I come there ,I did see more good things,,as how the stuff do help me specialy in reception,,and how all thing is very clean and realx,,,i did realy enjoy much in your hotel,,and I promies next time im in holland I well come only in this hotel,,i wish all the stuff there all the best,,,

Very nice hotel and very clean room and beautiful location. There is a fantastic swimming pool inside, with a sauna and a little gym. It's a very comfortable place. There is free parking for car and bicycle rental with good price. It's not so far from Kinderdjik and other tourist palce, you can go by bike.

Good hotel in a very pleasant location by the river. Food in the restaurant was good, but I would have liked a bit wider selection of hot food for breakfast. Standard fare was chicken sausages, tomato with cheese, mushrooms, baked beans and a hard-boiled egg. Reception staff were very helpful.

The room has river view, very quiet and relaxing. The bathroom is big, modern and nice with separate shower and big bathtub. Easy to park the car as there is plenty parking space right outside of the hotel. Didn't have breakfast and unfortunetely didn't have time to use swimming pool either... No airco

We found the ara a very good hotel. It offers many services at a reasonable price, though we didn't try the restaurant. Room's tidy and spacious, with both bath tub and shower. International channels on tv. Nice location next to the River. Just a bit of a confusion in the lobby due to a wedding celebration.

We liked a number of things about the ara. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely view of the river and the barges. When we decided to stay for a third night, they kindly arranged for us to keep the same room and gave us the same rate which was very reasonable. We rented very good quality bikes from the hotel and the location was perfect for cycling in the countryside.

First I did not get the room I reserved but the problem was professionally resolved by Mr F. Wonda and I will for sure stay again at this hotel, Great breakfast but a bit expensive...make sure to ask for rooms on the 2nd floor river vieuw!!! This hotel is worth a stay.

Nice area, not close to city centre but within drivable distance. Very nice design, good breakfast, adequate dinner. Polite staff, free parking, big rooms, nice bathroom. Should provide better wifi services, without cost, and a descent table with power socket for business travellers.

This hotel is very professionally run. It has lovely views across the River Maas, easy access to cycle and walking routes yet is only minutes away from Rotterdam and Dortrecht. The pool and sauna are also very good. It is a pity it is such an architectural eyesore from the outside.
