Huone oli kaunis, yleiset tilat hieman nuhjuiset. Recepcionistit (tytöt) erittäin palvelualttiita samoin ravintolan nuori tarjoilijatyttö. Pojilla on osittain palvelualttiudessa tarkistamisen varaa. edellisen asukkaan roska ja pölyä vaatekomerossa, samoin tahroja seinissä ja portaikossa. Huoneeseemme tuli eräänä iltapäivänä yllättäen omilla avaimillaan(soitti ensin ovikelloa) mieshenkilö n. klo 17 aikoihin. Häipyi selittelemättä mitään. |

Huoneemme ja koko hotelli oli modernisti ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu (paitsi jotkut käytävät olivat liian tummia). Meillä oli paketti joka sisälsi yöpymisten lisäksi autopaikan, aamiaiset (hyvä) ja vielä 72-tunnin liput julkisiin kulkuneuvoihin. Hotellin sijainti ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella oli hyvä koska tulimme Saksasta omalla autolla. Huoneistossa ja käytävässä oli vähän liian kuuma, ilmeisesti ilmastointi ei oikein toiminut siinä osassa hotellia. |

the atmosphere was really nice! My room was always clean. The enviroment around the Hotel was quiet and felt safe. and the park right down the road was very nice! Pay tv was to expensive and the breakfast as well... should be included! |

If you are looking for young and modern originally Amsterdam-stylish hotel, Arena should definitly be your choice. From the first moment you will like it. It just will make you feel being in Amsterdam. Its mixture of pop-art and post modern finish is really nice. Its a 20 Min walk into town, but fairly comfortable surrounded by lots of night-out locations. The place taste a bit of hostel accomodation, eventhough staff is really friendly. Its just that you wouldn't expect it based on the room rates. Also you feel that there is still more weight on the side of style and finish of the interior design (which is excellent, anyway) than on the level of functionality you will get in a proper budget hotel. And the mini bar is just too expensive. |

just breakfast. The hotel is all alleyways, is indescribable misery. bathroom towels are dirty. the cleaning consists in the room with the mop just to give input. not to give your shampoo, shower gel, Bathroom doors are glass and for 6 nights and were not affected by a cloth |

The free upgrade given to us, nice and big room!!! Housekeeping, who was working fast but who didn't see the details...spider i crushed on the wall stayed there for 3 days i.e. ............Minibar Control who knocked at the door without announcing....Slow Service at the Terrace! But in the restaurant fast and nice guy, as well for the receptionist in the evening! |

great hotel with unique atmosphere and beautiful design, located at a good place, close to the center, tram / boat stop etc. very friendly staff. we've enjoyed the stay there very much and would recomend to others as well. too expensive internet connection. daily changed towels although we haven't asked for that. |

I had a great time at this hotel. It was very clean, and the bathroom was really cool. I plan on coming back soon. The walls were a bit thin but not really a big deal because the place was pretty quiet |

The hotel/rooms all look very nice and were clean. Staff was friendly. No free internet! Diner was not that good. A bit far from the city centre. |

Super service minded staff. A nice and unique hotel located in a nice and quiet area, not far away from museums and local transportation to city. Good breakfast. Floor was not cleaned during our stay. |

It has a distinct personality, it doesn't look as another "international" hotel. My room was large, something difficult to find in Amsterdam. Breakfast very good, and with the day's newspapers available, even from abroad. Staff wanting to please; I had a package including free parking, but since I didn't have a car, they felt they had to offer something in exchange, and gave me a 2-day free internet access. Nowadays, there is no serious reason to charge customers for internet access. It should be free, as are water and electricity. |

The bed was big and comfortable, room had 2 tv's, terrace outside was nice staff were not professional, rushing through a door whilst guests were entering instead of waiting, not showing guests to breakfast table, not clearing table or asking if you wanted coffee. No sugar, milk, salt etc on tables. Not smiling even at guests in corridors or greeting at all. |

big spacious room, atmosphere (colours black & white design), nice tee flavour in welcome package. Very good ToDine part, try desserts, they are delicious!! It is hard to find your room, some maps should be placed:) My room had windows over ToDrink part so it was quite noisy, even if I closed the windows. |

The cafe is lovely, the rooms were very comfortable and the decor is very nice with a good design focus. The location is not great if you want to see the city, as it is a fair way out of the Centre. Is close to the Zoo though |
