Sicuramente ho apprezzato il design perchè è un hotel molto ben curato nel dettaglio. posso dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile.l'unica pecca è che non è vicinissimo dal centro,è vero che sia con biciclette e bus uno arriva facilmente ovunque desidera. l'unica cosa è che non mi hanno rifatto il letto in modo giusto.questo è proprio il pelo nell uovo. |

Lo stile dell'hotel, studiato, raffinato. Molto originale. Personale molto cortese. Essendo al terzo piano ho patito per il divieto di fumare. Benchè io rispetti moltissimo tale divieto, avrei preferito avere un'apertura vicina al piano e non dover scendere fino al piano terra. Seconda cosa: ho usufruito del servizio Internet via Tv, il quale era lento e la pagina era di grandi dimensioni ed era faticoso leggere. |

l'unica cosa degna di nota è il ristorante. La cucna è ottima, l'ambiente è molto carino e accogliente e il servizio impeccabile. Tutti molto gentili. Camere non pulite e lo staff all'accoglienza è stato davvero pessimo. Questo perchè c'è stato un errore da parte loro e il prezzo pubblicato sul sito era molto inferiore a quello che doveva essere. |

Ogni dettaglio è molto curato. Bello il ristorante e il locale esterno. Il loft è un piccolo gioiello, molto particolare. Gradevolissima atmosfera, in generale. per arrivare in centro è necessario prendere i mezzi pubblici |

la posizione vicina al centro ed allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla, la struttura dell'hotel che offre dal soggiorno alla discoteca tutto in un unica soluzione ed in ambienti ben strutturati e architettonicamente molto piacevoli. Il servizio di reception è carente, sebbene la struttura sia dotata di collegamentoWI-FI non c'è un computer funzionante a disposizione della clientela. |

L'arredamento delle camere. Avevamo prenotato due camere doppie ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che per la prima notta (il 31-12-08) era disponibile solo una camera mentre per i giorni successivi ci sarebbero state entrambe. Il personale ha trovato una camera in altro hotel accollandosi le spese del taxi. Comunque non siamo soddisfatti perchè la prenotazione era di due camere e il ripiego non è stato gradito. |

the atmosphere was really nice! My room was always clean. The enviroment around the Hotel was quiet and felt safe. and the park right down the road was very nice! Pay tv was to expensive and the breakfast as well... should be included! |

If you are looking for young and modern originally Amsterdam-stylish hotel, Arena should definitly be your choice. From the first moment you will like it. It just will make you feel being in Amsterdam. Its mixture of pop-art and post modern finish is really nice. Its a 20 Min walk into town, but fairly comfortable surrounded by lots of night-out locations. The place taste a bit of hostel accomodation, eventhough staff is really friendly. Its just that you wouldn't expect it based on the room rates. Also you feel that there is still more weight on the side of style and finish of the interior design (which is excellent, anyway) than on the level of functionality you will get in a proper budget hotel. And the mini bar is just too expensive. |

just breakfast. The hotel is all alleyways, is indescribable misery. bathroom towels are dirty. the cleaning consists in the room with the mop just to give input. not to give your shampoo, shower gel, Bathroom doors are glass and for 6 nights and were not affected by a cloth |

The free upgrade given to us, nice and big room!!! Housekeeping, who was working fast but who didn't see the details...spider i crushed on the wall stayed there for 3 days i.e. ............Minibar Control who knocked at the door without announcing....Slow Service at the Terrace! But in the restaurant fast and nice guy, as well for the receptionist in the evening! |

great hotel with unique atmosphere and beautiful design, located at a good place, close to the center, tram / boat stop etc. very friendly staff. we've enjoyed the stay there very much and would recomend to others as well. too expensive internet connection. daily changed towels although we haven't asked for that. |

The hotel/rooms all look very nice and were clean. Staff was friendly. No free internet! Diner was not that good. A bit far from the city centre. |
