The hotel was very close to everything-but in a quiet location! All the attractions were within walking distance and there was a tram stop right outside the hotel! As it was our first time in Amsterdam, it would've been really helpful to have known we could have got tram no.4 from the station to the hotel - saving a taxi fare! I'm not sure if you mentioned it on your webpage and I didn't see it! |

The location was good, and staff friendly. The value for money was very very poor, I found it to be very over priced for what we were given. I was very disappointed. |

We did get our room cleaned every day and clean towels etc!!! No facilities for coffe/tea making in room, and each time you wanted a coffee/tea you had to go down to reception make coffee/tea which cost 1 euro per cup... rooms are very small for three people. |
