Close proximity to Station, staff were friendly and the room and breakfast were adequate. If room on the street side, there was much noise from the local taxi rank at 2am (horns and shouting for about 30 minutes. The cost of the hotel was double what was advised as (196 eros vs the advised 98 euros) which we were advised was for having a double room with only one occupant. This meant that the room was very expensive. There was also no sign of having a wired internet to the room. |

Very tastefully furnished, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Also modern! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was also very quiet. Like all British and Australians we would have liked the ability to make tea/coffee in our rooms but we accept that this is not the European tradition. |

The hotel is easily located from Arnhem train station and can be reached in a minute's walk. It is located above a greek restaurant with the main reception accessed through the restaurant entrance. The room was modern and clean with spacious twin beds and good shower / bath facilities with a monsoon shower. You can also access the main shopping and tourist district within a minutes walk. The tourist information office is on the same street. We were required to pay on checking into the hotel but could not be provided with a receipt until the main receptionist started work. Though a fridge was provided in the room, no other drinks facilities were available E.G., kettle, tea, coffee, or minibar. I recommend you walk to the station to buy these before returning to the hotel as we were charged eur5.00 For two cups of tea even though the menu said they cost eur1.85 Each. |

Well-equipped room, central location, inclusive broadband internet. Dinner in restaurant. Asked if I could have one dish, but was only offered buffet. No menu was offered. Had only starter from buffet, but hotel tried to charge for full meal. Restaurant should offer clearer pricing and product range to travelling guests, who may have come a long distance and do not want a full Greek buffet. |

the hotel is a neat old style dutch hotel with narrow steep staircases and each room entirely different from others. my room was a little funky but really quite comfortable and fine. breakfast was good: good coffee! I really wish that they would just have free wireless internet. that is the standard these days and hotels without it really stand out (especially notable in a college town like Leiden!). |

very relaxed the gate at the side when you came in after 11 second night was stuck, when we told staff they said it was broken was not very concerned about it. I think I would stay somewhere else because of it |

We were very surprised about the quality of the hotel, the rooms were very clean and the owners had obviously put a lot of money into it. We were happy to see that they had cleaned the room even though we were only staying for two days. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again ourselves if returning to Arnhem. |

The Hotel Arnhem Central has a great location and is very comfortable. The ajoining restaurant is a real bonus, and is used in the monring for the breakfast buffet. I will definately stay there again when in Arnhem on business or pleasure. |

Het hotel lag erg centraal gelegen,alles op loop afstand zoals parkeergarage,centrum. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ziet er netjes uit. We vonden het ontbijt erg tegenvallen,daarom ook matig aangevinkt bij prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De broodjes waren erg droog,het was wel heel mooi opgedekt maar niet lekker. |

Een fantastisch familie hotel met luxe luxe ruime zeer schone schone kamers. Heerlijk restaurant, Komen hier zeker vaker!!!! Parkeren in luxe garage op 80 meter en openbaar vervoer 60 meter vanaf de voordeur! |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de grootte van de kamer. En het buffet in het restaurant was goed. De kamer lag aan de voorzijde en naast de lift waardoor er toch wel enig lawaai was. |
