sauna and steambath, salade and roomservice in my toilet there where racing tracks, the toilet was not properly cleaned! and my shower was going from normal to very hot and back all the time. |

Friendliness of staff, nice breakfast, easy access to highway Wireless internet worked in breakfast area, lobby but not in my room. The bathroom wasn't just small, it was tiny. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk rustig. Met goede busverbinding zo naar Arnhem. De mini-bar koelkast stond niet aan, dus het drinken was lauw. De twee nachtlampen naast het bed deden het niet. Ik vond het rustig in het hotel. |

Prima kamer, alleen op de gangen soms luidruchtig. Je hoort veel. Luidruchtig. je hoort echt s'avonds de mensen op de gangen lopenIk snap alleen de € 8,00 toeslag bad niet ? Wij hebben het bad niet gebruikt wel de douche die in het bad staat. Ik, heb het gewoon maar betaalt en pas later zag ik dit staan op de nota. |

Het hotel is centraal gelegen dicht bij Arnhem maar ook voor de natuur bv de Hoge Veluwe, ligt het centraal. Omdat het echter bij de snelwegen ligt is het geen 'mooi' rustig gelegen hotel.De SPA is echter een pluspunt waardoor ik een volgende keer mogelijk toch weer voor Velp zou kiezen als ik die omgeving een hotel zoek. |

Snelle inspelen van personeel op klacht Wij hadden een bed gevraagd met 2 matrassen. Kamer 103 die wij toegewezen kregen had slechts 1 matras.Op ons verzoek kregen we dus kamer 107 met 2 matrassen; gelukkig. |

Kon optijd mijn kamer in en was schoon en netjes. Goed eten en lekkere sauna. Het terras was erg vuil en werdt nagenoeg niet schoon gemaakt, zeker de nachtlampjes behoeven wel een schoonmaak beurt en is niet smakelijk als je buiten eet. |
