It is a very modern hotel. Everything is literally brand new. Very comfy beds. Helpful reception staff. Expensive breakfast. Remember it is not included in your room fee. |

Extremely caring staff. Innovative decor. At the heart of the city. The Hyundai fun park was right in front of the hotel They just didn't have any smoking rooms. They also debited my credit card, but later credited the amount. |

Convenient location. Very friendly staff. The wall was half done. There was no ceiling. There is a faint unknown stink in the air. I booked 2 rooms, both have these problems. |

Great location, comfortable hotel, large room. Breakfast not included in the base rate. Getting in and out of the parking garage was a hassle. |

Excellent hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was overpriced... but it almost always is in hotels. |

Nice design rooms, lots of space in the bathrooms. The welcome drink (bubbles) at check-in is a very nice touch! Climate control is arranged centrally and adjustment of the temperature takes a day... |

Very nice hotel especially for the price. Centrally located in Eindhoven. Free wi-fi throughout hotel which is nice. Hard to find. Being a newer hotel, there were no visible signs and it does not show up on navigation systems as the address is incorrect. |

Nice rooms tastefully decorated with a big Bath and Shower. Staff very friendly Finding the entrance to the car park is difficult as pooly signposted. Finding the way up to the hotel from the car park could also do with bigger signs |

It's proximity to local amenities and the qenuine comfort of the beds. I booked x2 Superior Double Rooms on my last visit, but one (Room 904) seemed more superior than the other (Room 711), yet the same rate was applicable. Explain. |

Staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was fab! Plenty of room and nicely furnished with a chaise-longue. The bathroom was spotless and nicely decorated .Very eclectic feel to the place... in the reception, the desks are made of a huge glass shaped tulip and there is a nice swanky little bar with funky seats. |

Huge rooms which are nicely decorated. Location to town centre. Very friendley staff. Hotel difficult to find as the postal adress isn't the actual location and new built. You have to use the map of the travel information to find it. Windows aren't really soundproof nor are the doors. The huge bathroom hasn't got a single shelf to leave your washbag and the towels are squeezed on a single rack. |

Good location in the centre of town. Very helpful and friendly staff when we arrived. Large room with good bathroom. Despite its central location only slight road noise gets through to the room so we had a good noght's sleep. Large and comfortable chairs in the room. Its a 'design' hotel which seems to mean that stuff looks good but is not always very practical: no shelf in the shower for soap, bedside lamps did not provide enough light to read by, 'open plan' wardrobe rather impractical, coffee machine difficult to operate (under the somewhat gloomy lighting). If you don't mind these kind of minor irritations then this hotel is fine |

Difficult to say, Hotel just opened for a couple of weeks, the inside organization has still to find their way. But is ok to stay in a further visit to Eindhoven at the same hotel. Found kondom under the CR when enterred, got as an offer to change the room and a bottle of wine. Missing hotel infos at the room such as tel directories, city map etc., Clothes have to hang openly in the room and very hight-suitable for tall dutch people |

The hotel is vary new and has potential to become quite nice with its unique designer rooms Hotel was too new, still many 'teething problems', e.g., no iron board, no chair at desk, not enough light in bathroom, design of room was not very nice, no way to reach reception from the room, no room service, minibar not filled, still a lot of construction / decoration going on inside, etc. |
