I liked the quirky decor and comfortable single beds

Armchair in the room wasn't comfortable so there was nowhere comfortable to sit and read except for the bed

The hotel has huge rooms with a perfect badroom. It is practically in the city centre as well, so perfect for a short citytrip

The interiour design is somewhat over the top

Perfect location: close to city center as well as close to railway station. Rooms and rest rooms are very wide. For example there was a wide shower, and bath tube in the bathroom.

Wrought iron ends of the bed prevent watching tv if you lie down the bed :) not enough coat rack for suit of clothes

We like the spacious room and bathroom, the hotel is very close to the central station and the city centre, the staff is friendly. They don't want a deposit for minibar or something else.

It was a bit more cold in the room and we can't set the room temperature, it is with central adjustment. There wasn't a toothpaste and shaving cream that are necessary to travelers with hand luggage in the plain.

I needed a extra bed for my 9 year old daughter and I meantioned that in the reservation. There were no information on the booking page on how much a extra bed costs. When we got to the hotel and checked in it turned out that for the single extra bed in the room we had to pay 200 euros. This amount is apr.50% Of the amount for the double beded room. On top of all the extra bed was in another room accessible with one door between the rooms. I feel that the hotel should mention when the booking is done how much the charge is for extra bed and it should not charge for the extra bed almost the same as for full single bed room.

Central location close to centre, restaurants, bars, spaceous set up of hotel, big room.

The Hotel is very tastefully decorated and modern. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant food was superb, beautifully presented and very tasty.

Being a typical English woman, I like an English cup of tea. I would have liked a bigger supply of tea and milk in the Hotel room. We did not have our room serviced during our stay. This was our choice. It would have been helpful to have been given more supplies of tea, milk etc.

Wonderful (and unique) style, really attentive service (short staffing at points didn't impact on it), great central location and good food.

Double bed made of 2 single mattresses and duvets wasn't as good as a more traditional set up.

Nice spacious rooms and friendly personel. Excellent choice furniture and illumination.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially, a lady from front desk and lobby bar at night time. Also, location was excellent. Closed to central station and football stadium. And, room is really big. I wanted to stay longer. The price were too good for this room. If the price for breakfast was a bit cheaper, I would ate it but I skip that.

Very modern and excellent location. Bus to Airport about 25 meters away. Train station a few hundred meters.

the friendly staff made our stay just that little bit more enjoyable ,nothing was too much trouble and all done with a genuine smile,and considering it was carnival weekend and they had to work and watch us party.

The amazing design, funky meets a little bit of ornate. Very well put together, very helpful staff. Lovely ambience at the bar and a fabulous breakfast which set us up for the day. Plus the fact we were experiencing history as the hotel was once the Phillips factory! Furthermore, excellent internet connection and free!

Location was nice - close to the city

The rooms are cold - central heating cannot keep up with the tall ceilings of the rooms. Even though the staff provided portable heaters, it was not sufficient

- The shower hand-set was out of order - water was coming out of the shower area - the price 130EUR - usually I paid ~100EUR

Very interesting art exhibition downstairs, extremely large room - as big as my flat at home! Lovely designed bathroom. And the bands at the festival we went to were staying in the hotels too! Staff very friendly, even to punks.

For some reason, double bed was made of two twins pushed together - so we kept falling in the gap. Breakfast was incredibly expensive, but we solved that by not having it,

Being a former Philips factory, they did a nice job turning this into a hotel. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull. Even as the hotel is in the center of Eindhoven, it's easy reachable by car using the main roads through the city. As a business traveler I could appreciate a lot the free and reliable Wifi.

Room was a little chilly at a certain moment, couldn't find a way to temporarily increase the room temperature.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was great.
