Close to many restaurants off Leidseplein and Rijksmuseum. Good breakfast. No lift. Room on 4th floor has nice view but it is a real climb several times each day. |

The location near the Musuemplein, and easy connections to Centraal, and the wonderful neighborhood were the main attractions. The manager was 'zeer vriendelijk' and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. |

The reception with a very helpful young man, who supplied us with the option to upgrade to the toplevel room: view from the rooftop balcony over Amsterdam. When we returned the same night the reception-desk man on duty at that hour was much more rude, simply saying that he removed the key for the balcony since it was not allowed at night. No further excuses, no empathic attitude. Pity. |

Did not like my stay. Staff from reception was good and very helpful but room was not to my satisfaction. Window did not close, very noisy area, mold on the ceiling. Room was not to my satisfaction. Window did not close, very noisy area, mold on the ceiling. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was adjacent to the canals and to the museum quarter which made it ideal for exploring. |

The location was superb, very convenient for restaurants, art galleries and shopping, and the view was wonderful. Our triple room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. A good one: we'll stay there again. It was long way to the top of the stairs but then: that's typical of Amsterdam's traditional building. |

Clean hotel, Nice hot showers and cable TV with lots of channels and free WIFI. The stairs can be quite dangerous, I feel down the stairs once as the steps are short steps and very steep. I found by walking up the steps sideways was more safer and your whole foot would sit on the step. |

Nice comfei bed. Free wifi (but connection is bad in 3rd floor). Staffs are nice & helpful. Although it's far from centraal station, u can easily catch a tram there in less than 10 mins & it's close to museums & nice restaurants. Stairs are quite high & narrow. No lift. So, u may hv trouble if u hv a room in 3rd floor with large luggages. I was fine becoz I had backpack only. |

Breakfast was good, the staff was helpful. We knew from reading reviews that the stairs were going to be steep, but they were worse then I imagined. |

Only the good location and almost sympathy of the staff towards the guests Our room was in the basement down a neck breaking staircase, it was tiny, we could not move around trying to arrange our suitcase contents, very worn furniture, the plaster came off the walls, the bedding had hair on it, the bathroom was not inviting we were contemplating whether to take a shower at all, the bed wasright next to the breakfast room noisy mornings! Another guest had insects in bed!! |

Room was same size as an average toilet. Price was very high for small room. The bed had to be very small to fit in the room. No tea or coffee making facility. Toilets dirty. Stairs way to steep for suitcase |

The Quentin Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Amsterdam, near the famous Leidseplein. |
Hotel Zandbergen is a small, family-run hotel situated in the cultural quarter and minutes from the centre. Also close to the Vondelpark, Concertgebouw (Concert Hall), Rijks - and Van Gogh Museum. |
Friendly hotel in the center of Amsterdam. A historical canalhouse on the Keizersgracht, on one of the most beautiful canals near the Rembrandsquare. |
HEM Hotel Amsterdam is perfectly located in the centre/west part of Amsterdam, only 5 minutes from the RAI Convention Centre, World Fashion Centre and World Trade Centre. |
