The reception staff was hospitable and good. Service when there was problems at the room was fast and nice. The breakfast was very good. Perfect with the dvd and films to rent. Dinner was horrible. I have never tasted so stale bread as that lining the salad. Vegetables and the couscous with the lamp tasted like a wet wool sock. Problem with insects in the bathroom. |

The hotel was opposite the subway and tram stop and within walking distance (20 minutes) of the Ahoy concert arena, which was the purpose of our visit. We had a choice of rooms and the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room overlooked the city centre with a superb view of the Euromast and Erasmus Bridge. The room had a microwave so that you could self cater if you wanted to. There was a LIdl supermarket nearby and a C100 supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance from he hotel. The cost of breakfast was prohibitive. The TV had no sound and the DVD player did not work. Internet access, usually available for a small hourly charge, was down for the duration of our stay. |

Difficult access, my room was extremely hot, on the 7th Floor, but very noisy when I opened the windows. Very poor facilities for selection of a glass of wine from the bar (only a choice of 1 type!) Very dark and gloomy foyer. Canteen like breakfast display , boring choice of items. Sloppy display. Very expensive dinner dishes. i.e.€17 50 for a Hamburger. |

Many corners of the hotel have some eye catching art. There is a "pub"/"brasserie" next the hotel called "The Corner" where you can have dinner at a nice price. Restaurant too expensive. Book earlier to save some money. |

metro is next to the hotel making it very convenient.restaurant food was delicious. view over the harbour was very nice. restaurant personeel not friendly. we waited more than 30 minutes for a coffee and decided to leave and go to another cafe. there was no shampoo, soap, washclothes etc. in the bathroom. There was no ventilation in the room. It was very warm and incomfortable becuase it was so warm. No heaters were on. |

It is very easily approached from the railway station by metro, and is in immediate vacinity of the metro station, but I do not know whether it is easy to go to the city centre from there. I stayed vary briefly so I do not have the best insight, but it seems extremely comfortable and clean. The room was very large. Wireless connection was excellent. |

Had a very comfortable stay, the room was very perfect and the had a very warm feel to it. Metro right outside, handy for getting into city. The food was a bit expensive and the metro being so close was a nuisance. |

This hotel would not be to all tastes. It is certainly not a bland hotel chain clone. We loved its slightly off the wall charm, decor, ambiance and plan to use it again when visiting Rotterdam. The nearness of Metro was not a problem. |

The individuality of the rooms. The inclusion of a 'kitchen' area was very much appreciated! The lack of air conditioning made the room a little uncomfortable in hot weather - however a fan was provided. Also the window in the room was unable to close properly making it a little noisy. |

The interior design was stunning - very unusual and exciting. Our room had a view overlooking the bay and was spacious and comfortable. No milk and ordinary tea to make a cup of tea in the morning |

We selected the hotel as this is located close to the Ahoy on a walking distance. Liked the live music while having breakfast and parking space below the hotel. Hotel is designed with art design, all rooms are different with all sorts of 'art' furniture. The neighbourhood isn't the best area to walk through. It's located in the lower class area of Rotterdam. We didn't care about that but I can imagine people feel uncomfortable with that and might decide to take a taxi or metro instead of walking. Parking could be included (free) |

The staff were excellent and very helpful. kitchen facilities were good also. Yes the price was expensive as we were there for a fishing show and last year some of our friends stayed at the hotel and the prices were lower they stayed in a different hotel this time. And also due to the prices being expensive we feel breakfast should have been included as we did not eat breakfast in the hotel. |

I found the hotel to be very well run in general, with friendly helpfull staff. The price of a bottle of large water from the bar - much too expensive. |

The rooms are really nicely decorated, both of the suits and the standard rooms. Especially the kitchen is very special, I think. The breakfast started only at 8:00. And I had pepper steak for dinner, which was ok, but I found it a little too expensive. |
