Hotel situé à la sortie du métro mais très calme. Grande chambre avec coin cuisine et salon. Connexion wifi gratuite performante. Ouvert à toute heure, ce qui a facilité notre organisation.

Le parking payant devant est très cher.

It was an ideal location for watching the Tour de France and getting into the centre of Rotterdam

We did not like the fact that there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was very expensive,

I trust the hotel is absolutely overpriced. Breakfast is o'k. Location is near the train station. Investments to the interior are hiden by designer's ploys. Old and poor furniture.

Have stayed here several times, and always enjoyed it. Rooms excellent. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent. I stayed two nights, and only purchased breakfast one morning. I am interested in effect of optional breakfast purchase on use of restaurant in hotel.

you have a kitchen, microwave, an ironing board if you're lucky, TV and Stereo. Free wireless internet! Nice view from 12th floor.

Poor to zero cleaning during my stay. Trashbin was full on arrival. I had to ask for toilet paper. It's all a bit worn out.

very good location if you need a place to stay near ahoy

Location was perfect. 2 min from the metro station. Superior room was very well equiped. Clean and large. Friendly and very well informed staff.

The hotel was opposite the subway and tram stop and within walking distance (20 minutes) of the Ahoy concert arena, which was the purpose of our visit. We had a choice of rooms and the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room overlooked the city centre with a superb view of the Euromast and Erasmus Bridge. The room had a microwave so that you could self cater if you wanted to. There was a LIdl supermarket nearby and a C100 supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance from he hotel.

The cost of breakfast was prohibitive. The TV had no sound and the DVD player did not work. Internet access, usually available for a small hourly charge, was down for the duration of our stay.

Difficult access, my room was extremely hot, on the 7th Floor, but very noisy when I opened the windows. Very poor facilities for selection of a glass of wine from the bar (only a choice of 1 type!) Very dark and gloomy foyer. Canteen like breakfast display , boring choice of items. Sloppy display. Very expensive dinner dishes. i.e.€17 50 for a Hamburger.

metro is next to the hotel making it very convenient.restaurant food was delicious. view over the harbour was very nice.

restaurant personeel not friendly. we waited more than 30 minutes for a coffee and decided to leave and go to another cafe. there was no shampoo, soap, washclothes etc. in the bathroom. There was no ventilation in the room. It was very warm and incomfortable becuase it was so warm. No heaters were on.
