Bath,City view,fast WiFi,spacious room, king size bed.
During a check in,booked room was not cleaned yet and the representetive of hotel offered a room with two single beds...I have refused, after a while I got my booked room that I have booked. Founded hairs on the pillows. Metro line noise. Cold cappuccino at the hotel restaurant .
Good bed, good towels, great location to centre of town, If you don't expect too much and just need a place to stay, it's fine. The 'How does this buffet breakfast work?' confusion is for 7.50 more than fine for the price and people arranging it are actually very nice, You can also eat pizza with a salad and a drink for 10 euro at night in the hotel. Good for the low budget traveller. How bad could ti be for that price?!
Very old tv with no remote. Reception has no extra remotes and is basically not at all interested, No reading lamps beside bed. No extra toilet paper in wc... okay happily a box of tissues. Think no frills and kind of weird: because that's what is is... If you can take it, for the price, esp. for 2 people it's more than okay. You don't even have to pay extra for the theatrical experience of this very Fawlty Towers hotel...that's fro free!
Good bed. I slept very well. The view was oke. I aspected a bit more. There was no noise in the room.
Very poor breakfast (bread and eggs to late) Poor Coffee. very old fashioned t.v. Motecontroll no battery.
- Old and very dirty furniture - Old TV set - Non-professional staff and inadequate - Non-working safe / locker room
The staff were very helpful. One even helped with a minor car crisis. The room was big and the housekeeping exceptional. Restaurant a bit dark but food good.
Nothing to dislike
Good location close to tram stop, easy to locate.
The administration was poor room was changed three times in one night, heating in the room was not working despite the harsh winter and no staff responded despite several intercom calls from 00:00am till 11;00pm when we checked out. We all have cold by the time we left including my 22months child. No apology even when we mentioned it at the reception on checking out. It is not a good place to stay.
The hotel is not in the city center but it is easy to find and go there with the metro.
I had a problem, beacuse in my booking the breakfast was including and when I arrived there they told me that the owner of the hotel had changed, and for this reason I could not have the breakfast in the hotel for free, even if it was in my reservation
Food was simple but good
Blankets were to small
All staff members speak Turkish and also when they are engaged in the service to customers. The manager was shouting in Turkish language to probably a supplier. The room is small, old tv, cold and the heater is not working. Bed is sinle small and noisy. Tawels are dirty and broken. The bar does not serve Alcohol. The internet is iterruping, you need a new code every day, and only one code per device. I took too long time a check-in and I had to pay 5 euro deposit for the key. Everywhere in the hotel there are signs with fines for certain action.
The value for money was great The beds were comfortable !
It said it had kitchen facilities but didn't The stuff we're very lazy and didn't want to look after you! The new management is very poor and it's sad to see a good hotel go to waste!
The location is right beside the MET, and the room was adequate but cold.
Nothing was provided in your room, i.e. no soap/shower gel, no tea/coffee and no facilities to get something to eat.
Location, style, quite, quality,
It is EXACTLY across from the METRO, SO SIMPLE TO FIND. but the lady at the desk had us walking for blocks with luggage. There is absolutely no sign on the humongous building for the hotel which you can see from the metro stop, or from the street, and it is confusing to even find the door to enter the MASSIVELY tall building. There is a large sign on the side of the building facing the other direction. NOT HELPFUL. otherwise GREAT LOCATION..
Shower drain blocked Nothing to eat at the night No late check out possible No trash can in the room
Staff were disorganised, restaurant is not linked and low quality.
The hotel is quirky to put it mildly, the antique furniture does lend itself to a good atmosphere though. Have stayed there before and will probably stay there again.
We went to Ahoy to see Michael Buble, the hotel was very easy to find and get back to. It's a bit weird at first but great service even if we did get a single bed to start with. Breakfast was a bit limited but reasonable as included.
The interior looks worn but I think this is part of its charm.
We liked our big room with a living room and bedroom separated by a half wall. A lot of space, three windows, very cozy apartment. Nice for young couples:) we had a room on 11 floor with a nice view! Night club Maassilo is in front of the hotel, so it is very easy and takes 2 min to get there
Close to Metro station Masshaven calm, clean and tiddy 15 minutes away by walk from Feyenoord stadium chap good value for a money
Bad too soft
Having breakfast and dinner there where we didn't have to hunt for a place to eat. Dinner was very good. The bed was very good. The decor was different and at first a shock but was interesting.
Can't think of anything
The rest (everything that is). Because of an event (fire) some time before my stay, the restaurant and parking were closed. I was call the evening before my arrival, so couldn't cancel, or arrange anything else. I asked 3 times to different staff what had happened and everytime I got a different answer.
There wasn't any brakfast in hotel. There was possibility to take breakfast in Coffeshop/restaurant accross street! Turkish coffe shop, you must be kidding!
never found an Hotel like this: dirty, old furniture, windows broken, just milk, ham and eggs for breakfast etc really unbelievable.
